I booked this hotel because they have shuttle service to the airport, but not from the airport. I had to take a taxi to the hotel.
There are two hotels with the same name within a block away. The one at Innovation City behind the train station is the newer building of the same hotel chain. Breakfast are excellent, room are clean and comfortable bed. Super convenient, highly recommended!

Attractive interior, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. Great for staying the night before heading out of Haneda, especially with the shuttle bus to the airport in the morning.

The breakfast was small, but good. Definitely try the Eggs Benedict. Check in was through a kiosk, and had multiple languages. The room was small, but served its purpose. Definitely a one or two person room only. The public bath was small, but relaxing. It's in the Innovation City complex, so there are several food options right outside the door. Easy to reach with a train stop at the complex. The morning shuttles back to the airport do fill up, so having the train as a back up is helpful. It was a pleasant day, so I actually walked 20 minutes to the hotel. There is another EX hotel visible in the distance, so make sure if you book Innovation City, that you don't walk to the tower across the way!
There are two hotels with the same name so it can be confusing. Both hotels are within walking distance of each other. This one is hidden within the buildings so follow the signs.
Minutes away from Tenkubashi Station of both Monorail and Keikyu Line, which just one stop away from Haneda Airport Terminal 3.
Room is on the small size, but perfect to act as a transit hotel near Haneda.
Automated check-in via kiosks and guests will be provided a room keycard, and QR Code for public bath area. Also one bottle provided from the front desk.
Certain amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste are available in the lobby.
The only downside is the area (Haneda Innovation City) does not have any convenience store nearby at all (as of July 2025).
During Morning hours, shuttles are available from Hotel to Haneda Terminals as first come, first serve basis.
Booked two separate nights during my stopover at Tokyo, check-in was smooth and the hotel grounds, room, and bathroom are spotless clean.

Convenient location for a transit stay. Good amenity. Facility and room were very clean. A room was very small even for Japan but comfortable. Staff was not particularly friendly but the service was adequate (check in and out were done using the machine). We loved the public path. It was so nice after 14 hour flight.
Our main complaint was that it was not clearly communicated that the free airport shuttle service was only available from the hotel to the airport (not from the airport to the hotel). Please make that clear in your site.
Restaurant options are somewhat limited in the area and many places were overpriced for the quality of food you get but since we were there only for 1 night, it was not a big deal.
Clean and staff was friendly. Only stayed 1 night but good hotel.
