Location and aesthetics
The bathtub was leaking and the water came to the bedroom we told them they came to mop the floor invading our privacy and placed a lot of towels on the floor instead of moving us to the other room because the room became so untidy
We had a very nice stay, calm and relaxing. Beautiful view, good food.
Room, views and breakfast was nice but that's about it!
We were really disappointed with our stay. My spouse had stayed their previously and mentioned that it was truly a wonderful experience. When we arrived - we were shown to our room which was freezing cold and that the heating solution was a tiny blow heater which was brought to our room. From the early evening and through the entire first night - the power tripped in our room on the hour every hour which made for a very unenjoyable night's sleep. In addition - the Wifi in the room kept dropping which meant we couldn't watch DSTV, Netflix without it constantly freezing, dropping and barely any reception on our phones. I went to reception on Saturday morning and the gentleman there said "oh that's weird, an electrician came to the property and to sort out the problem - what room number are you" to which I responded and he said he would follow up. No one bothered to contact us, come to the room about either issue. The 2nd night both of these issues continued which meant by Sunday morning, we were exhausted. On top of it all, my spouse attempted to shower on Sunday Morning prior to our departure and the shower was freezing cold, not even luke warm. At this point we were fed up so decided to just check out. No staff offering to assist with bags, very average service at front desk. Really disappointing stay all in all. Really hope they improve as it's a shame such a beautiful property is being run so poorly and no attention to guest satisfaction, really important issues!

Location and views were good
There was no network in the room for cellphone which meant we could not receive calls, the WiFi kept on cutting since there was no network we could not use our mobile data, the TV in our room (2) did not work, the couch in the room had stains on it. I’d also suggest putting telephones in the rooms so that people can contact the reception area.
Riaan was very welcoming and great. We felt very comfortable as the same sex couple.
How tiny the balcony was, you can’t move.
