After having 3 great previous stays at the Innside Melia Liverpool my husband and i decided once again to pay a visit to round off our Honeymoon week in Liverpool. The hotel gave us the same room we have had before with the stunning river view,on the 15th floor.Big,spotlessly clean corner studio, big comfy bed, great shower, complimentary drinks in the fridge. The special gift we recieved to celebrate our stay was wonderful towel art.Two swans with red petals scattered around the bed, chocolates (yummy) and a note from the team was the icing on the cake.A great nights sleep was had and breakfast was excellent as always and the staff very helpful.I must give a special mention for the hash browns, absolutely delicious and crispy were the best I've eaten.Overall a perfect stay once again.Already looking forward to our next visit.
Lovely clean room, amazing views. Well
equipped.
Nothing
Just returned from a lovely stay at Innside Liverpool City Centre.
We arrived and were welcomed by Jess. She is amazing! Her colleague Jack also gave us some great tips for things to do.
Only thing to mention is the AC doesn’t work all the time but wouldn’t put us off coming back.
Amazing room , beautiful views. We had the conjoining room and it was really good. I’d definitely stay there again.
We needed a maintenance person due to issue with the bath , I went down at 6:45am. Said they’d send someone up at 7:30. No one came. After a few calls to reception someone came up at 10 , by which point we had sorted the issue by ourselves.
Breakfast was 1st class great choice
Location ok if you know where your going but for a first timer in Liverpool a little of the beaten track
Lovely hotel and great sky bar on floor 18.
Beds large and spacious. Nice city view and great shower. Location is good and near convenience shops.
Just personal preference of the windows not opening so I felt stuffy all night. Also some dust noticed on surfaces in the room. Was very clean though other than that.
Had a lovely stay at the start of May.
The young male receptionist Jack who checked us in told us everything we needed to know and all hotel information , he also did the check out and made sure we had the correct car parking information.
The food at Gino’s is okay but nothing special. View from the room is amazing

Niks
Big bed ,good shower , spacious restaurant
Dont like that I still haven't had the £50 back that the took off my card when arrived
The breakfast wasn't great , the bacon was hard, the scrambled egg was sloppy and fried or poached eggs weren't available
Comfortable roomp
From your description before I booked, I expected a coffee shop which I didn’t find
Skybar reception and bar area
Rooms were too hot
Stayed for one night as we were there for the football.
Lovely warm welcome at reception, we were able to leave our bags as too early before the match for our room.
Returned after match to be assigned a lovely King Room on the 9th floor. Spacious, very clean, VERY comfortable bed. Be aware the shower is in the bedroom, however the toilet is in a closed area.
Visited the Sky bar for an after match snack and drink. Beautiful views and 10% off bill as staying at the hotel. We had a couple of wines, couple of beers and a couple of small plates to share as we were booked at Gaucho later in the evening.
Everything walking distance: lime street station 20/25 minute walk, Albert docks 10 mins, bars and restaurant 10 mins.
We had room only but decided to have breakfast in morning before checking out. This was slightly disappointing and our only negative, queues for the coffee machine, buffet food was
plentiful and was of high quality, plenty of choice but the typical English breakfast was luke warm to cold…. At £17 per head I feel this could be rectified.
Despite this, we would stay again but possibly go elsewhere for breakfast.
