The hotel was perfectly situated for the sight seeing we had planned with NCP car park close by. Hotel was clean & comfortable with excellent friendly professional staff.

Der Safe im 1.Zimmer war defekt.Ich bekam ein tolles neues Zimmer mit einem ….defekten Safe.
Brilliant and Modern hotel. We landed at 1pm and the room was ready which was a bonus.
The location is perfect! Short 3min walk to the beach and any amount of bars a restaurants.
Special shoutout to Mucky Omarras Irish bar for live music and great Guinness.
Value for money based on location and cleanliness is 10/10
We stayed in a junior suite pool view which was very big! Only problem was that the balcony doors do not provide any sound. If you want an early night and there is entertainment on it could be a problem. Was also noise from the apartment upstairs of a child bouncing a ball and walking which was abit annoying but just luck of the draw.
Plenty of sun loungers at the pool so no issue there
The food from the mascalzone restraunt was beautiful and the scenery also lovely.
Staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
They also do movie nights for children which I thought was good, providing popcorn and sweets.
The breakfast was your typical buffet which I cannot fault. The hash browns were 10/10
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Alcudia.

Clean, modern and big
The breakfast was good, but lukewarm at most. There was a good selection. The beds were comfortable and clean. The sky bar was an interesting novelty.
The shower is exposed to the room. You have to be travelling with someone who you are comfortable being naked with, or this makes it a little difficult. A simple door on the alcove would help.
