Wonderful views nest place to stay in Liverpool
Pros:

The views are amazing. The rooftop bar has a lovely ambiance and tremendous views all around. Lifts quick, nice sized and comfortable room. The breakfast is really good in Gino’s. Location is just minutes from Castle St but set apart from the noisy busy centre.

Cons:

The service in rooftop bar was patchy, especially in the afternoon. The quality of the staff varied a little but everyone was friendly.

Great location to walk to most of the sites in Liverpool
Pros:

Good to be upgraded.

Cons:

Bedroom way too cold and the heating difficult to adjust without any instructions. Bed also much harder than most luxury hotels.

Great stay, wish we booked for longer.
Pros:

We had a townhouse room and it was really spacious and loved the added touches like the complimentary drinks and PlayStation.

Cons:

Wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the 11th floor with fabulous views over the Mersey and the Sky Bar
Pros:

Lots of different quality food options, plenty of clear tables available and lovely pleasant helpful staff!

Cons:

We also had a delightful evening meal but felt that the lighting was too dim.
