We chose to have breakfast delivered to our room. It was fantastic. So much choice and enough food for more than the 2 of us. We were very impressed. It was my husbands birthday and he was given a balloon and note saying happy birthday which was a nice touch. The complimentary drinks were fantastic too,
We were in a room with a connecting door to another room with people we didn’t know. We could hear the family next door and could clearly hear their conversations and phone ringing.

The hotel was very nice and in a good location. Amenities were good. The room was very comfortable with amazing views.
Paying for a slightly early check in was a bit much but i understand it is policy but don't agree with it.

Friendly helpful staff , good size bedrooms, fabulously comfortable bed, good quality breakfast. The Sky Bar was a great end of day treat, glass of wine watching the sun set. Great location for exploring Liverpools key areas. Will definitely be back.
