Pros:

Another great stay in a Townsend Suite.
Sky Bar is wonderful.
Breakfast ok.
We ate at Gino's on the ground floor which was also terrific.
Definitely our go to hotel in Liverpool.

Pros:

Everything was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel was absolutely spotless, modern and beautifully decorated, and the room was really comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, which made the stay feel extra special. The location is brilliant too, and the views across Liverpool are amazing. I genuinely couldn’t fault our stay and would definitely return.

Good location to visit Liverpool
Pros:

Very good location close to the river. The NCP car park is right next door, very convenient. Healthy breakfast selection, lots of fresh fruit. Lovely sitting area in the restaurant and in the sky bar. Great views. Comfy bed. The shower room in the bedroom is nice,

Cons:

Instant coffee in the bedrooms - this should have been a coffee pod at least.
