Bett super bequem, Zimmer schön isoliert und klimatisiert.
Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die persönliche Note, angefangen mit namentlicher Begrüßung am TV und im Laufe der Woche nette Briefe des Managements auf dem Schreibtisch mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten (Kuchen, Macarons) in der Minibar. Kostenloses Wasser, Kaffee und Espresso im Zimmer während des ganzen Aufenthaltes.
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist extrem zuvorkommend und wirklich sehr freundlich, die Zimmerreinigung wirklich tiptop.
Man fühlt sich wirklich sehr willkommen!
Das dem Hotel angehörige Restaurant ist stylish und das Angebot sehr gut, Essen war sehr lecker. Der Service im Restaurant auch gut englisch sprechend.
Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend für einen Städtetrip, Metro (Station Trindade) und der Bahnhof Sao Bento fussläufig.
Schön ist auch der späte Check out bis 12:00.
- Kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Glastüren im WC, das ist uns persönlich etwas zu privat…
- Das Frühstück ist zwar insgesamt reichhaltig und sehr gesund (täglich frisch gepresste Immun-Shots und Detox Säfte, Overnight-Oats etc), leider haperte es bei uns in der Woche ein wenig im Service. Sekt wurde auf Eis gekühlt angeboten, oft jedoch ohne Gläser. Das Auffüllen der Speisen dauerte oft lang und so stand man öfter vor leeren Platten. Eine etwas größere Auswahl an vegetarischen Aufstrichen wäre schön gewesen.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Ana hat uns sehr nett empfangen und gute Tipps anhand des Stadtplans für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Gute Lage zur Metro zum Flughafen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Verschiedene Busse halten in nächster Nähe!
Hätten uns Haken für die großen Duschhändtücher gewünscht, damit man sie besser trocknen kann. Dies ist jedoch nur eine ganze Kleinigkeit. Ansonsten gibt’s nichts zu bemängeln.
