Relaxing and feeling part of the hotel family!!
Pros:

Looked very clean and modern from the outside. Warm greeting the moment I walked in and that feeling of hospitality never went away. Wonderful staff. Accommodating, informative, kind beyond normal hotel standards!!! The breakfast was outstanding, as has been mentioned in other reviews. There is a happy hour, which is nice because the bar is actually part of the front desk. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. There’s a wonderful Italian restaurant right on the property which is excellent. Several other restaurants within 10 minute walk. Special thanks to Ana for her kindness…it was truly appreciated.

Harika bir otel
Pros:

Otelin çalışanları oldukça güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Hepsi genç arkadaşlar ve herhangi bir istek veya olumsuzlukta hemen yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu, temizliği, kahvaltı çeşitliliği, çalışanları her şey harikaydı. Özellikle lobideki geniş ve pofuduk koltuk şehri gezip yorgun geldikten sonra tüm dertlerimize derman oldu.

Cons:

Olumsuz bir durum olarak yalnızca klima arızası yaşadık ama hemen boş bir oda açtılar ve geceyi yine de sıcak geçirdik. Bundan dolayı bir aksilik veya sıkıntı yaşamadık.

Pros:

Ottimo servizio: per il compleanno della persona che era con me abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade della stanza e un pezzo di torta in camera! Colazione molto buona, abbondante, varia e tutto fresco. Apprezzata anche la merenda nel pomeriggio. Camera molto grande, infissi ben isolanti in termini di rumore, anche se il bar di fianco resta molto rumoroso e si sente comunque un rumore di fondo ma decisamente molto ridotto rispetto al rumore esterno. Bellissima la doccia, enorme, in camera.

Tolles Hotel, zentral.
Sehr freundliches Personal, super Frühstückbuffet, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wurde sogar mit einem Stück Kuchen mit Kerze an meinem Geburtstag überrascht. Würde immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen.
