A very clean and tidy hotel with very attentive staff at all times.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. There was something for everyone. A lovely atmosphere and not rushed. Certainly set us up for the day ahead. You will not be disappointed.

Este hotel superou minhas expectativas. Staff super amigável e atencioso, recepção incrível e instalações muito confortáveis. Eu, meu marido e minha mãe tivemos uma estadia super agradável. A recepção nos orientou sobre as principais atividades e pontos turísticos a serem visitados no Porto com muitos detalhes e cordialidade. Na hora de irmos embora, o serviço de de transfer foi impecável, e nos ajudaram com todas as malas. Recomendo este hotel a todos, terão uma ótima experiência. Voltaria mais vezes e com certeza ficaria aqui de novo. Com certeza a experiência de ter ficado aqui adicionou memórias incríveis na nossa viagem e ajudou a torná-la muito mais legal. É um dos lugares que você visita e fica no seu coração pra sempre. Parabéns à toda equipe.

Really enjoyed the stay here
Pros:

Location, service and drinks / food. Rooms were also comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike about the property. Would appreciate daily water / coffee replacements without asking. But that’s a minor thing.

Great chilled out vibe. Friendly staff. Great location. Nice little extras and attention to detail.

Cons:

Breakfast replenishment could be better. Waiting around for basics to be replaced. Would benefit from a kettle in room in addition to Nespresso machine.

Perfect stay which impressed the young adults as much as myself ,and that’s no mean feat !

Excellent. Friendly and very helpful staff. Spotlessly clean all over hotel . Lovely room with a balcony overlooking a small garden with tropical style plants. Quirky arty decor which we loved . Lovely breakfast,plenty of choice (super hot chocolate) ! and free refreshments and pastries available late afternoon. Quiet inside hotel despite with the soundproofing ! Left a birthday cake surprise for a family member ! Centrally located ,taking about 15-20 minutes to walk downhill to the river area. Had to get a taxi back as Porto is very !hilly.
