Great location for accessing things. Shower was nice. Very clean. Staff helpful.

Cons:

Loud if you're a light sleeper. Very busy bar and street right below room, active until late.

Very basic room. Small bathroom by US standards. Small in general by US standards. Few amenities. Furnishings felt very Ikea like. Not cheap not exactly cheap but very basic.

A lovely, comfortable hotel, excellent staff near to main attractions
Pros:

Everything - the venue is "chic and basic" but more chic than basic. Every single member of staff that engaged with us was cheerful, helpful, informative and professional.
Breakfast is very good with good options. We ate in the restaurant one evening - again the staff were excellent and my meal was delicious. The special treats - left in our room - cake and Port were a lovely surprise and a nice thought

Comfortable stay in the middle of Porto
Pros:

The room was very clean, soundproof although below was a bar (heard nothing), very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Also the breakfast was very good. Great Location, very central.

Very central . Excellent breakfast , Staff very accommodating .4pm till 5 every day free coffee /Tea and cakes was made available .

Clean and basic....
Pros:

Good location and walkable to all the main sites. Also not too far from the train station. Room was clean. One of the staff at reception was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I know the clue is in the name but there were a few standard things that were not in the room which was frustrating. For example, no space to put toiletries in the bathroom aside from a slim high shelf, no glass/toothbrush holder in bathroom which every hotel has, pillows were odd.....they were slim and rectangle which was not comfortable, and some staff not as friendly or helpful. But it was manageable as a very short stay.
