Pros:

I loved our room, it waa super comfortable. Although the AC wasnt working that well, it was ok!

Cons:

I didnt like that much the fact that everyone can see you from other buildings when you have the roller down.

Arlo has a great location, attractive common areas and good food, but breakfast service and housekeeping need significan
Pros:

The location is excellent for a first NYC visit: Midtown is extremely busy, but many sights and neighborhoods are walkable. The street-level bar is stylish and lively, although getting a spontaneous seat can be difficult as many tables seem to be reserved.

Cons:

Breakfast itself is very good, but the service was consistently poor. One morning, despite having breakfast included, we were told to wait 20 minutes for a table due to insufficient staffing.

The biggest disappointment was housekeeping. Even after raising it with management, the service wasn’t satisfying.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein - für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Mit 2 großen Koffern kommt man an die Grenzen. Sehr laut. Matratzen waren durchgelegen!! Es fährt gefühlt alle 5 Minuten in der Nacht die Feuerwehr oder Rettung. Ubahnstation ca 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr dreckiges Viertel!

Comfortable hotel in great location
Pros:

Brilliant location for first-time visit to New York. Easily reached via the Air Train and subway. In Hells Kitchen a few minutes walk from Times Square, the Empire State etc. Cool hotel, interesting decor. There’s a cafe and bar. Room was clean, serviced every day. Decent shower, comfortable bed. Considering the location, very quiet at night.

Cons:

Nothing other than a plug socket next to a mirror would have been handy.

Fit the needs for the stat, not first. Choice
Pros:

Had a nice coffee bar in the lobby

Cons:

It advertised itself is being close to the seven, and it was quite a few blocks from there. It is in quite a noisy part of town that upon departing was very busy with homeless and bike shops etc. the rooms are TINY
