Very Nice Hotel
Pros:

Very modern hotel. I enjoyed my stay overall

Cons:

Location wasn’t my favorite personally compared to other places I’ve stayed in NYC, but it is convenient to access Times Square, Penn Station, etc.

Pros:

El hotel tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia en New York.

El personal es estupendo y las instalaciones, bar , lobby restautante muy adecuados.

Las vistas de la habitacion son estupendas , lo único son las medidas que como es habitual son pequeñas y algo incomodas para una estancia larga. No obstante es para volver.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay again for a future visit.
Pros:

Great location. The staff was very attentive and helpful and started engaging with me before I arrived to make sure everything was good prior to my arrival.

Perfect location and a solid property that will not disappoint.
Pros:

Great Team offering a basic level of service very well. Everything they do is done with a proffesional smile and is super attentive. The Hotel Restaurant offered a great breakfast, and the great service continued there. The room was peacefull but very small, it benefited from a balcony, which helped. The shower room was well equipped and had a great Shower. The Housekeeping team looked after our room each day and kept the amenities topped up. The bed was very comfortable. On arrival at the hotel, the scent in the diffusers was memorable and always made for a pleasant arrival back to the hotel after a long day out. Location in Midtown was spot on for The Empire State, Edge, Times Square and Broadway. Will return one day. The hotel felt like new throughout, with a modern vibe and generally the 20-40's clientele mainly looking to explore the city.

Cons:

Lift/Elevator floors could have been cleaned more often, considering there were ample receptionists and porters on duty at all times.

I won’t stay again. I’ll make sure that my co-workers neither.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

Unfriendly staff at the reception. Refused to release an invoice claiming that it was on Booking.com, which is untrue. Receipts come from booking, invoices for tax purposes from the hotel.
