Fantastic customer service and very welcoming, also great location
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and Areis went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time

Cons:

The rooms are quite tight for space and it wasn’t possible to get round to the other side of the bed unless you climbed over which wasn’t ideal

We would definitely come back again!!! Highly recommend!
Pros:

We liked the staff a lot, very polite and accommodating.
Great location. Very walkable. Food was great. Room was on a smaller side, but I guess that’s typical for NYC.

Cons:

It was somewhat loud noice from outside at night which is hard to avoid being in the heart of everything.

Hotel had a great location and friendly staff
Pros:

Location was perfect and easy to get to most places. The bed was comfortable. Made my girlfriend feel special with birthday gift. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Cons:

The shower leaked water all over the floor of the bathroom. First day, the room wasn't cleaned but they came and resolved it once we called.
