My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The service was poor, and the reception staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist with even simple requests. I also felt that the treatment I received was discriminatory and unprofessional, which made my stay very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and believe significant improvements are needed in both customer service and staff professionalism.

Das beste/ sympathischste Hotel auf unserer USA-Reise
Pros:

- persönlicher und wertschätzender Empfang/ Umgang
- schnell an touristischen Hotspots (Time Square, Broadway etc.)
- sehr guter Start um die Stadt zu Fuß, per Rad und per U-Bahn zu erkunden

Komfort, świetna obsługa i dbałość o gości
Pros:

Pobyt w tym hotelu oceniam rewelacyjnie. Po przeczytaniu różnych opinii o hotelach w Nowym Jorku miałam pewne obawy, ale okazały się całkowicie niepotrzebne. Windy działały bez zarzutu i przez cały pobyt nie zdarzyło nam się stać w kolejkach.

Pokój był komfortowy, było wystarczająco miejsca na dużą walizkę, łóżko należało do najwygodniejszych, na jakich spałam. Ogromnym plusem były także świetnie wygłuszone okna – mimo ruchliwej okolicy w pokoju panowała cisza i nic nie zakłócało snu.

Śniadania były przepyszne i serwowane przez kelnera bezpośrednio do stolika. Warto pamiętać, że w USA napiwek dla obsługi jest standardem i stanowi ważną część wynagrodzenia kelnerów, więc dobrze uwzględnić go w swoim budżecie.

Sam hotel jest nowoczesny, bardzo zadbany, a cały personel zasługuje na najwyższe uznanie. Wszyscy byli niezwykle uprzejmi, uśmiechnięci i chętni do pomocy. Otrzymaliśmy świetne wskazówki dotyczące zwiedzania miasta, poruszania się komunikacją oraz miejsc, w których najlepiej spędzić obchody 4 lipca.

Sprzątanie pokoi odbywało się zazwyczaj w godzinach popołudniowych, więc nie trzeba było obawiać się, że rano ktoś niespodziewanie zapuka do drzwi. Klimatyzacja działała również bez zarzutu.

Na duży plus zasługuje także możliwość bezproblemowego pozostawienia bagażu zarówno w dniu przyjazdu, jak i po wymeldowaniu. To ogromne ułatwienie, jeśli lot jest później i chce się jeszcze spokojnie spędzić czas w mieście.

Jeśli chodzi o kaucję, za tygodniowy pobyt hotel zablokował tylko 100 dolarów, więc dużo mniej niż w innych hotelach, gdzie kaucja wynosiła 350 dolarów.

Pamiętajcie zabrać odpowiednią przejściówkę, żeby móc korzystać z prądu.

Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel. Komfort, świetna obsługa i dbałość o gości sprawiły, że był to jeden z najlepszych hoteli, w jakich mieliśmy okazję się zatrzymać i jeśli będziemy w Nowym Jorku, to tylko tu.

Das Personal ist sehr nett, die Atmosphäre gemütlich, entspannend sobald man das Hotel betritt. Wir haben auch das Gym sehr genossen. Schöner Style und täglich wurde das Zimmer einwandfrei ge‘refreshed‘.
