Musings
Pros:

The huge bed. The good location, walking to places within easy reach. The High Line, Central Park, Pier 84, MOMA, the West Village. All walking distance. The helpful staff. The great tv in my room.

Cons:

The overly loud music in the ground floor bar was very unsettling, distracting and annoying.
The time between ordering a drink when approached by waiting staff and actually receiving it was often over 10 minutes which is too long.

I didn’t like my room, I wanted to see more of the road and cars , my room was facing other buildings, I didn’t like that, since I have anxiety, seeing the cars and hearing the sound of cars calm me down

Hotel molto bello, ma rivedrei il servizio reception e assistenza al cliente.
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel pulito, terrazza panoramica stupenda e colazione molto buona.

Cons:

Avevamo la colazione compresa, alla partenza siamo partiti presto alla mattina, ci avevano riferito che ci avrebbero dato la colazione da asporto, invece poi non ne sapeva niente nessuno e non ci hanno dato nulla...non l'ho trovato un comportamento corretto.Peccato perché sembravano molto attenti al cliente, ma cadono su queste cose e anche alla reception a volte era presente personale molto poco cortese.
