Chambres très bien équipées et propres.
Lors de notre arrivée, une chambre sur les quatre n'était pas préparée. On nous a donc donné un autre appartement où les chambres était impeccables mais où la cuisine était très sale. Le sol était collant, il y manquait beaucoup de vaisselle (2 bols pour 4 personnes, 3 tasses pour 4 personnes), les casseroles étaient sales, on n'avait même pas à disposition une éponge ou un torchon pour laver la table, ni un linge pour s'essuyer les mains et il restait de la nourriture dans les placards (oeufs, oignons, etc...).
Great set up, there were 4 of us traveling, we had our own private room with en-suite and private separate lounge and kitchen. Great convenience store onsite, so you could grab breakfast, snacks and drinks

Breakfast not supplied, but kitchen facilities were good, location OK regular bus service into Galway centre.

I went with a group of four girlfriends and this was the first time on our trip we were able to have our own room, which was nice. It is short cab ride to the cute Quay street. There was free parking available just 5 minutes away. There was a convenience store on the premises that had everything, including coffee! Laundry facilities were easy to use.
Needed to request fans and hairdryers, which might not always be available. We didn’t get a hair dryer but we did get two fans. The doors in the apartment lock behind home you so everyone had to carry a key with them at all times. I got locked out of my room but the front desk was so nice they easily made me another key. The bathrooms have an automatic light and fan that made it unpleasant when you woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.
Very clean
The staff were exceptional and apartment was clean and had everything were needed.
When we arrived there was very little parking space. But fortunately somebody left and we got a space
Price was great and we all had our own bedroom and bathroom with a shared living area. Staff is very friendly.
My biggest complaint was that it wasn’t super clean. The microwave had food splattered inside. The mop bucket was left in the living area. The location was safe enough but about a 30-40 minute walk to downtown. I also wasn’t a fan of the fire doors and keyed locks on every bedroom. You couldn’t leave your bedroom door open for ventilation without using something heavy to hold it open. And if you left your key in the room and the door closed, you had to get a new key. Without ventilation the bedrooms were hot. We ended up tying towels around the door locks so we didn’t get locked out.
It should be more clearly stated that this is student housing. It has a dorm feel.
Nice apartment stay, quiet location within reasonable walking distance to centre of Galway. The Spar convenience store is right outside entrance and this is very handy. Welcoming staff and good facilities (leisure, washing, etc). The apartment has all the basics for making a quick meal.
Beds were not the most comfortable, this is my only real negative point, as they are hard.
Also the bedroom doors on 4 bedroom apartments cannot latch and close like a hotel door on its own, so always need to make sure the key cards dont get locked in the room to save a trip to reception ))

Distance to town centre but that can't be helped. A bus/taxi ride away or a 30 minute walk. Also the shop did not sell alcohol.

Separate Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Staff were friendly
1. A large side steel gate that keep slamming when people were coming and going. Must have affected half the apartments. Fix it guys. It was very noisy.
2. Had to request shower gel

Really perfect accommodation for 4 ladies. Loved the secure area, our individual rooms and the separate kitchen lounge area. Staff were very professional and helpful.

The property was lovely & clean & all the bedrooms have there own lovely new ensuites which is great when you have adult family with you
It is also lovely and light inside from all the large windows
The apartments are lovely and the staff are very kind and helpful! The spar pn site was also super helpful to grab little bits as we needed it.
Staff were very friendly and professional. Glasses needed to be washed before use and one was cracked but apart from that everything else was excellent.
