    Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Gorgeous hotel to experience in Seoul
Pros:

I loved the room and the bathroom. incredibly spacious and comfortable. Room service was impeccable and staff was freindly. Loved my stay here

Cons:

I felt like they were rushing me at breakfast. I was solo and they asked if i needed anything quite literally 20x. I didn't like that, I felt like I couldn't enjoy the moment. I was so uncomfortable i left. Didn't go back for the rest of my stay even though the buffet was awesome. Also I didn't like the area so much. I felt like everything was too far to walk to. I prefer a more walkable part of Seoul

Pros:

It was so amazing that I extended my stay an extra night! Concierge team was so helpful and hospitable. Ms. Winter park at the front desk assisted me with a few last minute changes I requested and she was extremely kind and efficient. Will definitely make my way back here next time I visit ✨

Memorable
Pros:

One of the most beautiful hotel I have ever done. The pool, the gym and the breakfast are exceptional. Insonorisation between rooms and corridor is great. Everyone is super nice. I highly recommend.

Cons:

Slightly too far from a metro station but that’s being super picky because it’s 9 only minutes away.
And curtains don’t allow a full dark room.

We loved the hotels staff!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here mainly thanks to the hotels employees. The staff's hospitality is unmatched! They are very kind and always helpful. The service was next level - from receptionists to bell boys everyone was amazing. Room and lobby were pristine and looked very nice and luxurious. We even tried the Chinese restaurant and it was also spectacular.

Cons:

The location for tourists is not bad bad but not ideal, that's more on us that we haven't checked properly distances from stations. Otherwise we enjoyed Gangnam as it's a bit calmer.
