Good location and facilities, but terrible staff.
Cons:

The staff attitude is atrocious. When booking, they’ve approved a special request. But when arrived at the hotel, they said they never did and it’s not done by them, but by Booking.com. They asked me for a proof of their own message. They try to make you as their guest feel like an idiot and blame everyone else but them for them. Even a manager was not helpful.

Also, the property computers probably got hacked and they keep sending phishing messages to steal your credit card info. They don’t stop even after your stay. Not even Booking.com can stop this. Don’t trust with a bit of personal information to them!!

Pros:

It was easy to get to from the city centre by tram. The place also had a shared cooking/eating space.

Cons:

One night other guests were outside being very loud.

Pros:

Modern, basic but everything you need.

Cons:

Rooms were too hot. Windows don’t open enough so very little air getting in.
Could have been a bit cleaner.

Cons:

Following my stay I was contacted several times (10+ in 24 hours) via email and messages on the Booking.com website claiming that there was an issue with my booking. This turned out to be a fraudulent scam using the Highfield House contact details.
