I would not think it to be 4 stars hotel but overall good. Nice staff
Pros:

It was an excellent location and a nice hotel

Cons:

The AC didnt work , i called the reception several times and it was never fixed so we had to sleep in a hot airless room unfortunately.
I would not think it to be 4 stars. The location makes up for it though if you want to be in a spot Close to all the main sights

Quarto muito confortável e boa localização.

Cons:

Ausência de um espelho de corpo inteiro. Falta de espaço de bancada na casa de banho. Chuveiro de mão pouco funcional. Lavatório/torneira pouco funcional.

Boa opção de estadia
Pros:

Muito confortável, bem localizado e decoração super gira. Quarto muito espaçoso e casa de banho também muito boa. Ótima opção de estadia no Porto

Cons:

O facto de ter TV nos quartos era bom, mas infelizmente não tinha acesso a streams (Netflix, HBO,...). O pequeno almoço era bom, mas para a qualidade do hotel podia ter mais variedade.

An okay stay for two nights that won’t blow you away
Pros:

The design was nice in the lounge and very modern. Staff at reception very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The facilities lack functionality. The sink was blocked, there was no toilet brush and the room felt a bit cold rather than cosy. Breakfast was very basic and it seemed like I gave the staff a huge task when I asked for plant-based milk.
