Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

We saw a roach when one of the rooms was being shown to us. The toilet flush didn't work, and the toilet seat cover wouldn't stay up you had to prop it with your back. Room was not sound proof at all - we can clearly hear what's going on next door.
