Other than the AC, everything else was marvellous.
Pros:

The room and the location were very good.

Cons:

The air conditioner was not working, so we had to sweat in bed at night

Pros:

Great place ,but service is poor ,breakfast is not fresh and too empty in a weird way
The place has a great view location and so clean and classy loved the place but there was emptiness about it that made it lose a lot of points .

جميل وفخم ولكن ينقصهم فن التعامل.
Pros:

الموقع ونظافته وإطلالته وراحة الأسرة وجمال الفندق وغرفه.
الإفطار جميل.

Cons:

تعامل موظفي الاستقبال غير جيد.
وتعامل موظفي مرافق المسبح والصالات الرياضية سيء وغير صادقين.
المسبح مغلق وكلمت مدير الفندق وقال لي تمام الان يعمل وللأسف لم يكن صادقاً، وهذا أساءني كثيرا، لا تشعر بالترحيب بك في المكان بل بالعكس تماما تشعر كأنه غير مرحب بك ، علما بأني أستأجرت منهم 3 غرف فندقية لأن عددنا كان 9 أشخاص.
