Dora Cruise

All aspects of the cruise experience were first class, from the pick up in Hanoi, through check in, on board, incredible staff, amazing experiences and trip back. Could not fault the cruise. Dian was an amazing staff member, so attentive to any needs.

The scene of the Bay is amazing.
The service on the boat is really good.
I would like to thank Jerry who took great care of us during the 2 days in board.
Food is good.
The points to improve are:
- Wifi
- activity on daily boat (Hay Viet village is not interesting)
- Night activities after dinner

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night, 2 days on Dora cruise. The bus that picked us up from Hanoi was amazing! It was like being in first class! Once we got on the boat from the tender it was straight into a delicious set lunch. We were in room 202 which was a bit more expensive but worth it for the panoramic views. Denis our waiter was lovely and so attentive and thoughtful bringing our son some ginger tea to help his upset stomach. The activities of kayaking and jumping off the boat swimming were lots of fun. All the staff were excellent. Highly recommend this Dora cruise!

Three lovely day in the Ha long bay with Dora cruises. The staff made all the guests feel special.

En general el barco está muy bien las instalaciones bien cuidadas, y el servicio es muy bueno, las habitaciones también muy bonitas y limpias. No me arrepiento de haber elegido está opción.

It’s ok, we stayed for two days one night. Connection is poor as we are expected . Room is clean . Except the shower area if you keep the water on , it will start to flood . Food is ok .

However services is impeccable . They are very polite . I did mentioned it’s my hubby bday onboard . And they even have a cake for him . And everyone all cheered . Thank you for the beautiful memories.

Un'esperienza straordinaria. Ho fatto la crociera di due giorni ed è stato tutto perfetto. Il cibo abbondante e buonissimo. La nave tenuta molto bene soprattutto molto pulita. Le escursioni divertenti. La camera di giuste dimensioni con il bagno molto grande e con splendida vista sulla baia. Quello che ha reso però la mia crociera straordinaria è stato il personale. Sempre molto gentile e con il sorriso sulle labbra. Li ringrazio uno a uno. Vorrei però fare un ringraziamento particolare a Mr Bruce e a Ms Tina che ha reso la mia esperienza indimenticabile.

Muito boa a hospedagem. Poderiam ter alguns outros passeios ou atividades incluídos, mas no geral muito bom.

Internet estava instável, mas os atendentes foram todos muito prestativos e atenciosos

The staff are all amazing, the boast was in good condition, a few small wear and tear things, but nothing that detracts. We looked at so many cruises and I think at this price point they are all similar, except the dinners were buffet which I was not expecting, and they were just average buffet. The lunches were great. Breakfast buffet was also average but I think they were doing the best with what they had and expect they would all be similar. The experiences were great and it is an amazing place. Also be aware that they go through Lan Ha Bay, not Ha Long-all similar scenery and actually less boats and people in Lan Ha Bay.

Great option to do a cruise in Halong area!

Nice and comfortable boat, good service to get on and off the boat. Good program, nice staff, great food and drinks. Overall experience: superb. One small remark: drinks are really quite expensive.

So many choices to choose from for a cruise at Ha long bay. We spent a lot of time looking for the right cruise and we're glad to have picked Dora. The crew was very nice, friendly and professional. And the food was great. We opted for the 3 days and we do not regret it. 2 days is way too short. Thanks to the crew for a great experience
