WARNING for Business Travelers: No Invoice Provided! Unprofessional management. Dirty room.
Cons:

I stayed at this hotel for business, but they strictly refuse to provide a legal invoice/receipt, even after Booking.com intervened. This makes it impossible to claim my business expenses.

If you need a receipt for your company or tax purposes, DO NOT BOOK HERE. The management is unprofessional and ignores legal requirements for business travelers. I am now forced to report this to the authorities and warn my corporate network.

Check-in and check-out both took an excessively long time, despite having a reservation, and the staff was not particularly service-oriented.

The security deposit was very high and was taken without reason. Only refunded after repeated follow-ups and inquiries.

The hotel has far too many strict and unusual rules, making the stay unnecessarily complicated. In several situations, I felt that additional charges and hotel policies were handled in a way that was not transparent and did not seem fair to guests.

The air conditioning was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. The shower had very low water pressure and the water was often only lukewarm. Housekeeping was inconsistent and unreliable. The hotel entrance is poorly marked, hidden away, and feels somewhat unwelcoming.

Overall, not complying with legitimate requests such as receiving an invoice, the numerous restrictions, operational inefficiencies, and lack of attention to guest comfort create a disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I will never book this hotel again and cannot recommend it.

Wonderful stay. will definitely use again.
Pros:

A great 5 Star Experience.

Cons:

No ATMs onsite. Makes things a little difficult as the hotel in in a gated compound. No issue if you have transport, but as a tourist it made it a little difficult.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and accommodating. WIFI service did fall over a few days in and my safe box did not work for 2 days but the staff did their best to successfully repair/rectify.
