Pros:

Stanza molto bella, moderna e spaziosa, con due doccia, una a vista molto carina. Bella anche la culla che abbiamo richiesto (a parte) per il bambino. Suggestiva la vista su Roma.

Cons:

Abbiamo purtroppo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda, che mancava per un problema tecnico e non ci era stato detto. Ci ha causato qualche problema essendo con un neonato di due mesi.

l'ampiezza della camera, la puntualità del servizio in camera, la cordialità del receptionist con cui ho chiacchierato quando ho fatto il check out

Cons:

-qualità della colazione francamente un po' bassina: cornetto freddo, bomba al cioccolato eccessivamente "oleosa"

-la junior suite è eccessivamente "esposta": la distanza tra la camera e la strada è minima e questo induce la sensazione di avere poca privacy

-il tappeto un po' sporco

Pros:

La camera tutto sommato andava bene, tranne la vista città menzionata, la vista era un muro difronte, finestre non apribili, ed eravamo praticamente sulla strada.

Cons:

Assolutamente non mi è piaciuta la richiesta all’arrivo della carta di credito prelevandosi ben 250 euro di cauzione (per la Coca Cola in frigo), cauzione che ancora non mi hanno restituito. La carta è vero che si chiede la dove si cena, oppure per altre attività, non per il frigo bar con Coca Cola ed aranciata, ma che in ogni caso non si preleva nulla prima, si prende SOLO per garanzia, come fanno tutti gli hotel che si rispettano.

Дуже чудовий готель!!! Чудовий сніданок на верхній терасі з видом на Рим!!! В реальності навіть кращий готель ніж на фото. Відповідає пʼять зірок. Коли наступного разу буду в Римі знову тут поселюсь.
