Good place but something would be better
Pros:

A clean hotel with big rooms and lovely country views, love this place. Thank you every crews for each help and satisfying our requests. I was so happy to be there! Additionally, the pizzeria close to the hotel and the downstairs restaurant were incredible!!

Cons:

We ordered two rooms, one is for two persons, one is for single. The single room heard the noise from the restaurant at downstairs, and the two-person room heard some noise from the parking place. We were not sure why there were constant banging sounds and vibrations in the house, especially during evening. It seems someone closed the hotel door or something happened. My colleague lived in the single room and found the water splashed out to the floor through the folding screen and made standing water during taking a shower because of no floor drain. He spent lots of time to clean the water.
Additionally, if there is an elevator, it would be helpful to move our luggage.

Lage am Ruhrradweg

Cons:

Unser Zimmer erschien uns sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad hatte Mikroformat. Das Personal zeigte sich bei der Umsetzung unserer Wünsche, z.B. Tischreservierung zum Abendessen, schwerfällig. Auf das Frühstück am kommenden Morgen mussten wir lange vergeblich warten. Alle Küchengeräte waren ausgefallen inkl. des Ofens zum Aufbacken der Brötchen. Obwohl wir immer wieder vertröstet wurden, bekamen wir letzten Endes kein Frühstück und mussten dann noch die Kostenerstattung dafür einfordern.

Pros:

Die Lage an der Ruhr war nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte sehr alte und runtergerockte Möbel und Lampen. Definitiv renovierungsbedürftig.
Teppich im Zimmer der natürlich auch nicht besser war.
Die Duschstange war oben nicht befestigt, leider nur unten. Die kam mir dann entgegen.

Un lieu juste où dormir.
Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique le hotel est bien tenu et confortable.

Cons:

Lors de la réservation il n'était pas indiqué que le restaurant serait fermé. Obligation de reprendre la voiture pour trouver un restaurant.
Le petit déjeuner est très limité. Pas de viennoiserire ou brioche, pas de yogourt, pas de fruit, un seul jus de fruit 2 sortes de fromages et très peu de charcuterie. Point positif le pain est bon. Pas de mini bar dans la chambre, pas de stress il y a un distributeur de boisson, très bien pour l'écologie oups j'oubliais pas d'eau plate ou gazeuse dans le distributeur.!!!

Es tut mir leid für den netten Mitarbeiter aber besser wo anderes nächtigen.
Pros:

Ein Mitarbeiter war sehr bemüht, auch zwecks Großem Parkplatz da wir einen Anhänger dabei hatten.

Cons:

Frühstück war ab 7.00h morgens
um 07.20h war noch nichts gedeckt da die Dame verschlafen hatte.
Sie war auch keineswegs bemüht einem vorab einen Kaffee oder Tee anzubieten sodass wir ohne Frühstück gefahren sind

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und sehr hellhörig! Licht vom Flur scheint unter den Türen durch, Teppich auf dem Boden
