And not offered a reduced rate.. stayed here before this time was not a 10...I give it a 7 or 8

I WILL be returning to this hotel. It blew the other ones I’ve stayed at out of the water.
Pros:

The room was super clean. And I love that they provided the shower essentials. Even had body lotion in the room.

Cons:

I genuinely don’t have a complaint.

Pleasant stay at this hotel. I recommend.
Pros:

Front desk staff very helpful and personable. Room very clean. Breakfast eggs and biscuits were fresh and tasty.

Cons:

AC seemed intermittent.

Pleasant stay in Howell
Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A text was sent to my phone shortly after check in advising me to ask any questions if needed. So I did just that and never got a reply. Don’t text a customer offering help and then ignore it when a question does come back.

It was a good experience.
Pros:

The pool and fitness center were great. The facilities were clean. The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

There was a problem with the phone system. And the breakfast was subpar.

Nice place to stay, our 2nd time here and we would return.
Pros:

Everything was good, staff was very kind and helpful. They knew good local hot spots and restaurants. We will return to this hotel if we are in the area again.

Cons:

A little bit of noise heard from the floor above (running in the hall) probably kids.

Happy to have a pleasant place to stay with a comfortable bed at the end of a long day.
Pros:

Good location, pleasant staff, relatively new facility.

Cons:

TV channels did not work consistently. Rust water stains in the corner of the shower. Pillows were very flimsy. If you’re going to give two person, at least one should a firmer pillow. Also would prefer a place that remakes the room nightly. I paid the same as four separate individuals would have paid.

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean and pool was fun for the kiddos

Cons:

The lady at the desk wouldn't let my husband check in with my bank card even though we're married have a joint account, same address I gave permission for him to use my card she was rude and a new hire. I asked for a late check out told noon then house keeping walks into our room at 11 she was extremely rude said check out is at 11. We stayed there over easter weekend a few weeks ago and had a very different experience the staff at that time was so nice and helpful but after the way the staff was this visit we will not be returning.
