The room was superbly clean, spacious, fully stocked with cooking pots utensils and eating and drinking items. Friendly staff and great breakfast. We will be back!
Everything was good
Breakfast area was super clean! Room was really clean. Very friendly staff, gym and pool were also clean.
Room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was very soft and comfortable to sleep in. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. 10/10 Recommended.
Over nite morning desk clerk very rude afternoon clerk said coffee ready at 5am morning clerk very rude everyone made to wait till breakfast for coffee was very last thing out at 7

I was so shocked at some things. Like how the hallways had no A/C. They were super hot. The room was nice and cold though, so that was good. And lastly, about 10-15min before check out time my husband was going to take a quick shower and turns out they turned the water off. We couldnt even wash our hands after using bathroom. Mind you we were packed and ready to step out the door. Never experienced this and was so surprised 😮... definitely not coming back here

i had a great experience. clean, hot water, breakfast was good, no elevator issues, definitely booking this hotel again next time. also in a decent area that i’m familiar with so 10/10 to me.
Seems like a new hotel. Desk was nice & helpful. I reserved 2 rooms that joined & a crib or toddler bed. They did not have either even though I reserved several days in advance & put in the special notes. Our toilet was clogged & no maintenance on weekends so they gave us another room even further down the hall. Then the TV remote didn’t work. Front desk was in our room about 25 minutes trying to figure it out. We were tried had been driving 4 hours. But other than that breakfast was great hot food. Pool & workout room were clean.

Friendly staff , would have appreciated the cleaning to be offered daily but I do understand it’s a suite and not a hotel room. I did find a couple of hair in the tub when I arrived but nothing crazy.
