Sehr gute Lage, nahe am Strand. Schöner Pool, beim Frühstück ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Sehr gepflegte schöne Hotelanlage, außergewöhnlich großer Pool, angenehmes Zimmer mit sehr leiser Klimaanlage

Cons:

Frühstück war nicht auf Sterneniveau, wenn man gerne nur Kuchen zum Frühstück möchte, geht es. Kaffee miserabel, eine Woche lang eine Sorte Käse, eine Sorte Salami und Schinken. Obst hatte keine gute Qualität.
Es gab immer Stress beim Frühstück einen Tisch zu bekommen, angeblich waren sie belegt, aber niemand kam bis zum Ende des Frühstück oder es war bereits für das Mittagessen gedeckt.
Sehr negativ war, dass es für Getränke nur Plastikbecher gab.

tutto ... la posizione, la pulizia delle camere e degli spazi esterni, tutto lo staff, i servizi offerti come l'animazione serale e il piccolo bazar interno utilissimo e comodissimo, la cura della piscina e del verde dei giardini intorno alla struttura, la colazione varia e piena di cose buonissime salate e dolci ... in poche parole, il Marina Torre Navarrese Resort rimane un posto fantastico per una vacanza in Ogliastra

Niente .... se proprio dovessi trovare un piccolo difetto, direi che si potrebbe migliorare solo un pochino l'organizzazione della sala ristorante ( ma solo x l'assegnazione dei tavoli che, per chi come noi faceva solo colazione, cambiava nogni mattina )

I recently stayed at the Marina Torre Navarrese resort with my 9-month-old crawling baby, and it was an absolute nightmare.

From the very beginning, we faced constant issues with both the electricity and the air conditioning. However, the biggest and most distressing problem was a massive ant infestation all over the room. For a parent with a crawling infant, this is a major safety and hygiene hazard.

We reported these issues multiple times, but the management's response was completely unacceptable. They showed zero empathy or professionalism:

No apologies were offered at any point.

No room change was ever proposed.

Their solution to the ants was to spray a chemical pesticide that is highly toxic to babies if not thoroughly washed off afterward. They did this without any warning or regard for our child's health.

The worst part of this entire experience was the sheer lack of customer service. The staff completely ignored our complaints. To make matters worse, the reception desk blatantly lied to us, claiming the manager was not on-site, even though we knew for a fact that the manager was present at the resort.

They do not care about their guests, their comfort, or the safety of young children. I strongly advise against staying at this resort. Total waste of money and a source of immense stress

Nur als kurzer Zwischenstopp (für uns) geeignet
Pros:

Preis-Leistung war gut, die Getränke an der Polbar fast schon günstig würde ich sagen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Meer war in 500 Meter zu erreichen. Dort waren diverse Beach Bars und Restaurants etc.

Cons:

Das Poolwasser hatte keine ansprechende Farbe (grün) während unserer Anwesenheit, wurde aber dann aber gereinigt. Keine zusätzlichen Services z.B. für Gepäck. Die Pkw stehen unbewacht auf den öffentlichen Flächen zwischen Hotel und Beach. Wir empfanden es eher als Seniorenhotel, weniger geeignet für Paare/Familien.
