Fantastic
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location - walking distance to most of central Funchal, including the waterfront area, market, historical zone and lots of restaurants and bars. The flat itself was spacious, comfortable and incredibly well stocked with kitchen utensils for those who want to cook. The staff were friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful - they were able to arrange car rentals and recommending hiking routes as well as restaurants. The pool is beautiful and has great sunset views, and the cocktails at the rooftop bar are really unique and delicious!

Wir hatten jeden Morgen frische Croissants bekommen - sehr lecker, auch die Erreichbarkeit war meist hervorragend. Als wir kurz vor Abreise einen kleinen Mangel meldeten (die Toilettenspülung lief nach) wurde noch am selben Tag die Reparatur durchgeführt, obwohl es SONNTAG war.

Cons:

Mir fällt tatsächlich nichts ein, was unseren Aufenthalt dort getrübt hätte.

Pros:

We were thrilled with our honeymoon hotel upgrade, but the real highlight was the convenience. Parking was easy, and the entire Funchal area was incredibly walkable from our location. We discovered so many charming restaurants, including the one at our hotel, where the €15 lunch set was an absolute steal. What truly impressed us was the hotel's expert travel advice; their rainy-day itinerary for the misty forests and sunny-day suggestions for PR1 and PR6 perfectly shaped our trip.

Cons:

The parking lot entrance and exit was a bit small and tight for my big car.

Our stay exceeded all of our expectations and I wish we could give it more than a 10 rating. I booked the Three House Hotel for a week long trip to Madeira for my mother's 71s birthday. Our big apartment had 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a very big kitchen. The free access to a laundry room, a fully equipped gym, a rooftop pool and the big underground parking lot were part of the reasons we booked it. It's located right across from the second biggest supermarket on the island, walkable to all touristy areas in Funchal and has a quick access out of the city by both car and bus. Everyone working at the hotel were very nice and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our stay is enjoyable
I really can't express how comfotable our stay was and how much I'm going to recommend it to my friends, and already plan on returning here.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans Funchal pour tout faire à pied dans la vieille ville !
Avec son parking souterrain, pas besoin de chercher une place de stationnement, accès direct à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.
L'appartement est équipé d'une manière exceptionnelle avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un agréable séjour... le tout avec des petites attentions qui le rende encore plus agréable !
Et surtout, l'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel d'accueil est exceptionnelle ! Un merci tout particulier à Sidonio qui nous a donné de formidables conseils et suggestions tout au long de notre séjour à Madère !

Comfortable rooms and vibey rooftop
Pros:

The attention to detail, fresh croissants every morning. Someone was always available on WhatsApp 24/7 if needed. Nothing was too much for the ye lovely staff. Rooftop was a vibe, the views were unreal! Quiet near the pool in the day but great atmosphere in the evening at the bar.
