GREAT VALUE, EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Pros:

Newer, modern resort, on a very beautiful setting, with excellent service! We had the 3 bedroom villa, which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Good quality towels and bed linen. Kitchen was very well equiped. When requested, they even gave us a Nespresso coffee machine, as the one in the villa, was a dripping coffee machine. Restaurant has a charming interior and exterior, serves good food and has great service and live entertainment during the weekend. Everyone in the resort was nice and helpful. We will be back!

Cons:

We were a bit disappointed that we did not have access to the villa's garage, especialy because it was bitterly cold.

Our stay was great . We enjoyed the games room and the beautiful landscape of the golf course

The rooms were very clean . The games room was great . The pools overlooked beautiful scenery .

Just wished there was a cafe or small coffee shop with croissants for breakfast or for late night snack

Has potential
Pros:

The restaurant was good and shuttle service to and from was good. The beds are comfortable and the room has everything you need for tour stay. The staff at the pro shop was amazing

Cons:

The front desk are not too welcoming or informative on what's going on in terms of activities. You had to walk to the pro shop each time to find out. The rooms only have clean towels and sheets the floors, tables and chairs are all dirty.

Good room size for your $, 10 mins walk outside to breakfast.
Pros:

Good location. Bright and modern and Part of a golf course. Room is actually a suite and a good size for the cost of the room.

Cons:

There was absolutely no signage other then then main side to the resort.. I got there late. Total darkness. No street lights. I just kept driving and hoping I would find a building that looked like a reception area.
They sure need to put a lot of signage up. Even the direction to the restaurant is lacking.
Also, In order to have breakfast. You’d have to get into your car and drive about 2 mins up the road to the restaurant that didn’t have parking right beside it. Parking is about a 3 mins walk. However, about 5 cars parked in the “fire route” since it wasn’t busy for breakfast.
So basically. I got up. Got in my car. Drove to the restaurant, breakfast and drove back.
Here’s another issue. I mentioned to the reception guy that I have a late checkout of noon and I’d be going to breakfast and return to check-out. He said no problem. I got back from breakfast and mentioned that I still needed to brush my teeth and would be back from my room to check out. He said okay… I go all the way up to my room and BAM!! the key card doesn’t work…. So I go all the way back to the lobby and I mentioned to the guy that the key card doesn’t work and he said correct, it was deactivated at 11am! to which I replied. I have a late check out so why would it be deactivated and you already know that I have a Latecheckout to which he said it doesn’t matter if I have a Latecheckout the system automatically checks me out at 11am. So then I said why did you not tell me that before I went all the way upstairs!!!! Then, I went back upstairs, brushed my teeth and came back down to check out for noon. I have never heard of hotel systems checking you out even though you already arranged for late checkouts… ohhh yes… I’m a little handicapped too.. so it was a littler harder for me to be going back and forth… NOT GOOD…

Pros:

We really liked how spacious the resort was-it was beautiful and well-maintained. The Thanksgiving buffet was excellent, with plenty of delicious options. We also appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were; they made our stay feel warm and welcoming.

Cons:

What we didn’t like was that the breakfast was quite disappointing. We ordered bacon and pancakes, but the bacon was burnt and the pancakes arrived without maple syrup. Although the room itself was beautiful, it didn’t really feel worth the price we paid. We also wanted to sit by the fire pit, but it wasn’t lit. There was no hot pool available, which was surprising for a resort at this price point. The sauna had to be pre-booked, but we weren’t informed of that in advance either. There was no hot tub even though the reservation staff had mentioned that there was.

Nit in a rush to go back
Cons:

Nothing special unless you play golf , dinner at the restaurant expensive & nothing special , soup watery , main meal blah . Nothing around the area to visit.
