Dans l’ensemble, une très bonne adresse que je recommande
Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel !

L’emplacement est un véritable atout : à proximité immédiate d’une superbe plage, de food trucks du soir et de petits commerces, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable et pratique. L’hôtel est également bien desservi par Grab, idéal pour se déplacer facilement, notamment pour des activités en dehors de Cenang.

Le personnel est chaleureux, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui contribue fortement à la qualité de l’expérience.

Dans l’ensemble, une très bonne adresse que je recommande !

Cons:

La piscine est assez petite par rapport à la taille globale de l’hôtel, ce qui peut être un peu limitant aux heures de forte affluence

Et la poussière dans la chambre.

Average stay before travelling out of Langkawi
Pros:

Property located in Pantai Chenang; however, this location is not particularly good for anything and somewhat jaded. Langkawi is more a resort destination with beautiful private beaches; Mercure is a 5 minute walk to the public beach filled with budget tourists.

Cons:

The hotel encourages direct booking; booking.com reservations are given sub standard rooms. The hotel manager mentioned this without bating an eyelid. You get nicer resorts for a little bit more money.

Great Location with Excellent Service and Variety
Pros:

The property is very well located, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and prompt service. The staff were courteous and attentive throughout the stay, and the buffet offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

Cons:

There were quite a few mosquitoes during the stay, and it seemed the bedsheets were not changed over a period of three days. Additionally, the swimming pool area could benefit from more lounge chairs to better accommodate guests looking to relax and sunbathe.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, propre et confortable, avec une chambre agréable et bien équipée. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la plage, des restaurants et des commerces. Le personnel était très accueillant et professionnel.

Cons:

Peu de choses à signaler, le séjour s’est très bien passé.

The staff was very efficient without being too present. Very well organized

Only remark is regarding the check-in experience in which we were not informed on the hotel amenities and where to find them. But we managed anyway

Отличный отель! Рекомендую. Удобное расположение, до пляжа 5 минут ходьбы. Персонал приветливый. Завтрак отменный- разнообразный. Можно найти блюдо на любой вкус. Большой выбор риса и кари, мало сыров и колбас. Вкуснейшие круасаны. Номер просторный и очень чистый, ежедневная уборка.

Cons:

Quand vous réservez la chambre supérieur, vous avez le droit à une chambre sans fenêtre avec un balcon qui donne sur des murs, remplis de pigeon, avec chambre communicante avec des inconnus (donc du bruit), au premier étage, tout ça pour un prix exorbitant pour la Malaisie. Rapport qualité prix catastrophique.

Everything. Parking was smooth. Rooms and restroom was spacious. The pool was one of the best. It was very relaxing. The breakfast spread was great as well.

Pros:

Great breakfast selection. Pool was great, with plenty of shade (which I prefer, although maybe not great for everyone).
Close to the beach & there are plenty of shops, restaurants & cafes along the main road.

Cons:

At check in, the staff didn't explain where breakfast was or where the towels for the pool were etc. I had to ask, I think it would have been better if this was explained at check-in
