Delicious food in hotel restaurant
Pros:

The food at Rice Garden was so delicious, so yummy that i wld return to stay here agn just for the food. Hotel location is nicely located near to beach, mall, eateries (mostly indian/arab food), Aquarium & airport. Big pool, my kids loved it.

Cons:

The mattress is so soft & uncomfortable! It gave me back pain sleeping in it the next morning. The mattress is a letdown since we paid so much to have a gd night sleep that we didn't get. Pillows are soft too. Toilet shower flooded everytime we showered. Maintenance came & couldn't do anything to resolve the issue.

Great to have a gym and hotel was in centre of the resort.

Cons:

The hotel overlooked a messy industrial area but it was only short walk to the beach. I always found pillows quite hard in Malaysia

Great location, great staff, lovely breakfast. Good value for money
Pros:

Brilliant location; lovely pool area. Food and drink reasonable. Breakfast very good variety. Even had a friend who I vegan and they cooked something especially for her at breakfast.

Cons:

Reception area very open, so when the rain and wind came there wasn’t an area to shelter. We had to then use the main restaurant.

Emplacement idéal
Pros:

Vraiment bien placé à quelques mètres de la plage et un 7/11 juste en face.
Propre après ne vaut pas
Sinon personnel très gentils.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner qui n’est pas assez varié trop de plats indiens et salés et pas assez de choix occidental ou international pas assez de sucré.
Ménage qui est fait un peu tard à 16h
