It was wonderful experience i enjoyed every second , the staff is so amazing and friendly.. especially the resptionist ..
I stayed here for 4D 3N on business which I had 3 days of buffet breakfast at their Rice Garden. As a person who works in a hospitality industry, I was extremely happy and glad to see how their breakfast team coordinated well with one another and delivering their role excellently. I could see the chefs team are interracting with guests at the buffet line, checking on the food amount if needed to be added on, the server did a quick turnover table for next guest usage, steward clearing the soiled plates fast, everyone on smiley face and I could feel the positive energy that they carried and I just have to give the credit to the management team for equipped them with proper training. I believe that without training, they were not able to do their job right. Definitely I will come back to stay with you again and now taking my family on leisure trip. Keep up the good work and performance, Mercure Cenang team!

The location is perfect. The place is clean.
The hotel was fine but there was no lights on the pool area. The customer service on reception is not that great and helpful. We booked 6 people in 2 rooms and when we got there and were made to pay extra for another bed. It was another £100 on an already expensive accomodation.

I stayed two nights at this hotel and was happy with all aspects of my stay. The stand out feature for me was the level of service that I received from the moment that I arrived and was greeted by the reception team until the very end of my stay. As an Accor member, the perks you receive vary between different hotels. I would say that I have never felt as valued as a member than I did at this hotel. My room was upgraded on check-in, there were sweet treats in the room, and my rate included a free 'power lunch'. My room was spacious and extremely comfortable. I would have been happy staying a week as opposed to just the two nights. The aforementioned power lunch included soup, a main course and soft drink. There is a good selection of items for the main course. I chose the Thali, which was delicious. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and the food of a good quality. The location of the hotel is perfect with Cenang Beach on the doorstep and plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby too. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel on any return to Langkawi. It was very reasonably priced for a quality stay in a perfect location.
Amazing location and friendly staffs
location is perfect because its in the heart of town. Every tourist places are easily accessible from this hotel.
The facade of the hotel feels a little dated, but other than that, the rest of the hotel just shouts “awesome”.
From the impeccable service of the staff to the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room, everything just made my stay wonderful.

The cleanliness of the room was not the best i had to ask the room attendant multiple times to clean the room properly. At one point I had go to reception to get the basics replaced in the room like toilet roll and clean towels.
There could have been more sunbeds around the pool.
