Goede lokatie en heerlijk zwembad
Pros:

Goede lokatie, prima hotel wel wat ouder maar wel netjes. Heerlijk zwembad met gering aantal bedjes. Ontbijt een voldoende.

Le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur de l'enseigne.
On vient chez ALL pour le service, qui est inexistant dans cet établissement, qui dispose pourtant de tout ce qu'il faut pour satisfaire les clients.
Pas de sourire des réceptionnistes qui ne vous regardent pas et qui parlent avec leurs collègues.
Attribution d'une chambre aveugle (sans fenêtre) sans nous le dire, dans l'espoir quon ne se plaigne pas.
Pas de possibilité de changer de chambre avant le lendemain, sans excuse ni compensation.
Le lendemain, ils nous donnent une chambre avec fenêtre mais avec des lits jumeaux.
Qu'est ce qu'ils ne comprennent pas dans le titre de la réservation "King size bed" ?
Le check out se fait sans un mot, en 30 secondes.
On nous rend la caution et basta.
Rarement eu un service aussi nul chez ALL

Pros:

The hotel was the best option in the area, perfectly located near the main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The beach was also just a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. The pool area was pleasant and well-maintained. Overall, a great place to stay!

Cons:

There were a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay. On two occasions, the room key did not work and we had to visit the reception to have it reactivated. In addition, we had booked a twin room, but the room had a king-size bed instead.

Amazing and beautiful
Pros:

The hotel was so beautiful, modern and clean! The location was like 30 seconds from the mall and shopping strip and about 2 minutes from the beachfront. Very beautiful and honestly best hotel we stayed at! They even had complimentary fridge drinks for the first time and was overall so amazing! Would definitely visit again!!!!

excelente surpresa, fez toda a diferença na estadia em Langkawi

De tudo,o cafe da manha super, atenção dos funcionários, o wifi estava ruim no quarto qdo chegamos e rapidamente vieram no quarto e tudo ficou muito bem em questão de minutos. excelente custo beneficio otima localização. Boa cama, bom ar e excelente ducha; Perfeito, voltaria sem duvida.

Hotel nien place, au fond d’une impasse donc au calme.
Personnel tres gentil.
Chambres et partie commune propre
Pisince tres agreable

Cons:

Nous avions 2 chambres twin et 1 chambre avec lit king size.
La chambre king size ne correspondait pas a la description : pas 30 metre carré et ne disposait pas d’une fenetre mais d’une porte donnait sur un balcon. De ce fait, elle etait sombre.
Pour les twin aucun souci, conforme a la description et aux photos.
