There was a dirty stain on my bedsheets when I arrived but I asked to change them and they arranged it quickly.

Good hotel in an excellent location, with great food and lovely staff.
Pros:

Large clean room. Comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom. Excellent shower. Room service food very good. Staff always helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Neighbouring room was given to a large family -people with no thought given to disturbing others when returning from bars after midnight. Crying baby in the night too.
More sunbeds around the pool needed. Terrible music on a continuous loop playing in the pool area from 11am to 10pm-not necessary.

Pros:

Hotelul este foarte bine plasat. Cred ca sunt 200 de m fata de centrul statiunii si de plaja principala (Cenang Patay). Este un mol in apropiere, ATM, statie taxi (cca 50-100 m). Holurile arata invechit, dar camera, restaurantul si personalul sunt excelente.

Cons:

De pe terasa peisajul arata dezolant, cu constructii neterminate. Asa este in toata statiunea. Contrar peisajului, statiunea este linistita, fara probleme, cu plaja, magazine si restaurante foarte ok. Recomand!

Ottima struttura, dal vivo è molto migliore che nelle foto qui. Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla via centrale e dalla spiaggia principale. Struttura in ottima condizione, camere fornitissime e molto ampie, servizio ottimo di prenotazione escursioni(facoltative). Consigliatissimo e ci tornerei senza dubbio

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, hotel jest okay. Personel naprawdę mily śniadania również dość dobre

Cons:

Dość mocno niesie się głos z korytarza, pokryty jest płytkami więc mocno głośno jest i bardzo głośno dotykają się drzwi.

Pros:

Hotel is excellent, I didn’t want to leave! Room and bathroom were spacious, very clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Staff very welcoming and hospitable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again when we next visit Langkawi.
