Although not on the beach. It is just a stone throw away.
They offered Hi tea. But when asked for more clarification. Each staff give us contradicting answer. One say need to reservations, another say, can just walk in. And when we when to the restaurant. We were told that need to wait 40 minutes. We walk out.

Location was walking distance from the beach, beautiful large comfortable rooms. Very accessible facilities, great pool timings, super breakfast
Only thing I didn't like was the responsiveness of the team when I told them I had forgotten my polo shirt in the room after the check out. It could not be traced even though it was right there in the cupboard and the WhatsApp number given was unresponsive
My favourite of all 4 hotels i have stayed in across malaysia. Felt cosy with a nice large bed and all the right amenties.
It was great having multiple welcome drinks upon arrival while waiting a short time for my room.
The multiple light switches were a bit annoying
The room was a good size, air conditioned with a small balcony, mini fridge, kettle, nice sized bathroom and filter tap for drinking water. The breakfast spread was very good - lots of choice. The pool area was nice, plenty of sunbeds, tables and chairs. They had a good value happy hour in the afternoon at the pool bar. The location was great as a base for shopping and the beach. We used the hotel booking agent for the island hopping tour - very good service and value for money.
The hotel is directly overlooking a scrap yard - not the best view but it wasn't noisy and the sea was just beyond. The whole Langkawi area seems to be having a building boom so there was lots of new buildings going up, it will probably look very different in a year or so.
Le petit personnel fait un très bon travail, heusreusement.
Les managers peu compréhensifs, une réservation pour deux adultes et un enfant s'est transformée en un adulte et un enfant pour nous faire payer un breakfast supplémentaire. La vue sur la mer est loin de la réalité. Il y a entre, un terrain vague et deux bâtiments en construction. Un centre commercial devant l'hôtel pollue au niveau sonore avec ses gros groupes de climatisation. Cerise sur le gâteau, mal de ventre tous les matins à cause d'un filtre 3M périmé censé nous dispenser de l'eau potable. Ce filtre doit être changé avant six mois d'usage. Le nôtre est vieux de ... un an! Danger réel et avéré pour notre santé. Cet hôtel ne mérite vraiment pas le sérieux qu'on espère attendre. Des hôtels deux à trois fois moins chers font mieux. Heureusement que le petit personnel est accueillant. Il faudrait remplacer le management ne serait que pour le danger du filtre périmé!!! Un vrai danger de santé!
