The room was spacious and clean. Loved the skylights with remote opening and blinds. The bath was large and modern. AC was great. Well done on the room!
The historical woodwork throughout was beautiful with a bar/restaurant that COULD be charming. Food and drinks were inexpensive.
It was an easy, short drive to the airport.
Overall good value and convenient.
It was not obvious how to check in when we first arrived: I was directed to the bar. Someone mentioned there is a lift, but we never found it so lugged our bags up and downstairs.
We got lucky and found a parking spot in the very small lot in front, but it would have been expensive it we had to buy street or lot parking elsewhere.
The restaurant was tacky despite its potential - the big menu banners all over the place were ugly and unnecessary. Food was not especially good, and ordering at the bar was harder than it needed to be.
Swords is run down - not a destination spot.
Room was poor, too hot, flies everywhere, toilet was loose on wall and bed was not comfy.
not a great entrance and had no idea where to heck in etc
everything, all of above was a big issue for me. More of a bar than a hotel.
I certainly would not recommend this place.
Proximité Aeroport.
The location was good, near the castle and transport to town. The rooms were updated, larger than usual and the beds were very comfortable. Strangely, our room had no windows, only a skylight.
The hotel entry was very confusing, no real lobby with a way to check in. You had to cut through the large musty smelling restaurant, and chase down restaurant staff to get questions answered.
Close proximity to the airport!
Confusing layout with limited parking
Nicely made up room, good shower, good hospitality tray, good location.
All good
Centralt
Skitig pub, fötterna fastnade i golvet på väg till rummet. Rummet fullt med malar, personalen förnekade, trots uppvisande av en av de malar jag slog ihjäl
Location was good for us as we were attending a concert in Malahide Castle, bus stop just up the road and free parking outside the property, staff was friendly and helpful
I wouldn’t call it a hotel, it was a huge pub with rooms upstairs, no reception area, floors and carpet on stairs was very grubby, place needs a overhaul and clean, room again carpet did not look very clean, sheets were torn and had hairs on them. Bathroom ok, clean but smelled of bleach.
Worse thing of all there was no window in the room only a skylight right above the bed, extremely claustrophobic 🙈 ( it had a blind and you could open it but then a draft came in on top of you. Properly was fully booked so couldn’t change the room, so make sure and ask for front facing room when booking if you like a window.
location to airport is very good
noise out the back of the hotel for most of the night
The young man that helped us was very friendly and engaging . He is definitely an asset to the establishment.
Satellite TV wasn't working and I couldn't watch the soccer in my room
