It was a small, clean room but my door did not lock and people came into my small room when I was trying to sleep. This made me get no sleep but I was laying down. There were no phone charging station and the thermostat didn't change anything. If the room locked locked it would feel safer. The bathrooms are outside, this is literally just a closet with a recliner.
I appreciated the fact that I could remain right at the airport
Difficult to find, need more signs. The bed is too stiff, they don't offer memory foam overlay. AC is not working, it was too hot and couldn't reduce the temperature. No shower, no bathroom. Finally it is way too expensive for what it offers, terrible value for money
rude customer service
It was very comfortable
GOOD SERVICES
They provide you with a seat in an enclosure. Wifi is avaliable but since the cubicles are stacked one beside the other, tv available on the wall of the enclusure may not be used. Could not sleep at all, but had a place to keep my bags while i left for food and shopping.
Rude staff and so loud you couldnt sleep
(1) The room is very small as expected, but if you really need to lie down and have a few hours of sleep before the next fly, it is absolutely good choice. If you feel cold, you can always ask the staff for a blanket.
(2) It was very quiet during my stay. Bear in mind to move quietly, close the door lightly and speak softly as not to disturb others. Then everyone will have a good sleep.
(3) The staff at the reception was very helpful and cheerful while the staff at the sleeping area was a bit cool and did not talk much. I suppose it was because he tried to keep as quiet as possible; perhaps some smile and kind gestures may help avoid unnecessary misunderstanding.
(4) The reception is right beside C14. As the airport is really very large, it will take rather a long walk to get to the reception. The sleeping area is hidden behind the duty free shops downstairs. After checking in at the reception, turn around to C16, turn left and go downstairs to the duty free shop area. Turn left to the cosmetics shop, but do not go into the shop. Instead, turn left again, then turn right and you will see a small logo "sleep 'n fly". Inside is the sleeping area while there are public toilets and a drinking water dispenser on the other side.
Very clean
Used this for a stopover to get some downtime and freshen up. It was hard to find and had no toilets or shower room available. Ridiculous waste of money
Wonderful
For 8 hours, this cost over £150.00. On the whole, very expensive for a short and very basic convenience.
I cannot fault the convenience of having a place to sleep during a long lay over. The 3* review is for the cost to reserve a double bed - feels utterly extortionate.
I only booked this to ensure my 8 month old baby could get some sleep somewhere.
You get a bed space, a plug, usb-c, usb charging points. There are no toilets so you haw to use the airports which are just outside but extremely busy as it’s next to the duty free - these were not clean. There are no showers unless you go to terminal B.
I believe there are cheaper alternatives to booking this other than the likes of Expedia, Trivago, etc by having a lounge pass membership - however I was not aware of this at the time.
On the whole, very expensive for a short and very basic convenience.
Thanks for putting such at the Airport
It was very nice. I enjoyed
The door lock did not work properly and the AC was difficult to figure out
THE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. GREAT SERVICE AN D NICE ACCOMMODATIONS!
Place was quiet, isolated from the terminal turmoil, yet, a little over priced
Well kept
I arrived at this hotel very tired and the staff didn't have right information about my stay. Front desk kept on insisting that I will have to checkout earlier than my booking time. This was very annoying because I was very tired.
Hotel doors do not have any locks, which is the first time I saw a hotel with no locks on the doors. Your valuables will be at risk if you leave those in hotel room and go to toilet which is outside the hotel.
Hotel does not have any restroom facility and you have to walk out and use public toilets which sometimes are closed for cleaning.
One small pillow and a small blanket is provided which is not packed and doesn't look like they are washed between uses.
This hotel should not be allowed to operate as it lacks basic necessities to be called a hotel.
