Hôtel bien placé pour faire une étape entre San Francisco et Las Vegas . La chambre était confortable et équipée d’une cuisine où nous avons pu dîner et prendre notre petit déjeuner . Un trader joe est à 5mn en voiture !

The hotel itself was fine, but my experience with the payment and customer service has been terrible.

I booked through Booking.com and was charged about $200. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they asked for my credit card and later I discovered that they had charged me another $200. In total, I ended up paying around $400 for just one night.

I have contacted the hotel several times by phone and through Booking.com. I provided my name and all my reservation details, but they have ignored my requests and have not refunded the duplicate charge.

This is completely unacceptable. I live in Spain, but if this is not resolved, I will return and deal with it in person.

Be very careful if you stay at this hotel. Check your credit card carefully after your stay to make sure you are not charged twice—once through Booking.com and again directly by the hotel.

Great for traveling families
Pros:

It’s very clean and well laid out, the gym is really nice and has lots of equipment, the pool was enjoyed by my kids. Breakfast was great, the rooms were huge and felt perfect for a family of 5 staying here 3 nights. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

They charge $10/night for parking which seems ridiculous cause it’s not like they have a closed parking lot or valet and they don’t take your vehicle license plate info. The breakfast area needs a carafe of water out.

We will definitely be back to this hotel.
Pros:

So amazingly clean and the staff so helpful. Excellent location, loved the pool and breakfast. Great price- in room kitchen was fabulous

Cons:

Can’t think of one thing. Maybe room deposit was 250. Could have been less but was refunded the day I left.

It's a clean and safe place to stay and is consistent with other Residence Inn locations.
Pros:

We always prefer Residence Inn when traveling. It gives us extra space, a kitchen, and they are consistently clean. When we had an issue with our stay, Michele and the team promptly took care of it. We really appreciated that level of good service. Also, we appreciated that there was ample , well lit parking lot for our big vehicle. It really made things easy when we checked in late in the evening.

Cons:

The breakfast ( Saturday ) was good , but we have had other locations with a wider variety of offerings.
