superbe - vraiment une très belle surprise
Pros:

superbe hotel,
jardin magnifique
le resto est top ... sans doute l'un des meilleurs de Minorque et assurément le meilleur de Port Mahon
chambre très agréable - pas de bruit et plein Est. on se réveille avec une chambre baignée de soleil

Delightful!
Pros:

Lovely room and furnishings. Very comfortable. Delightful garden and (small) pool area with tables and chairs all well maintained. Excellent breakfasts, with options served at the table.

Cons:

We would have preferred coffee making facilities in our room.

La literie pas très confortable / Le lit double fait en 2 lits simples / Les serviettes de toilette qui étaient rugueuses / unnpinceau de maquillage usagé trouvé sur la table de nuit en arrivant / la musqiue au bord de la piscine

Très bon séjour, le personnel est adorable et l'hôtel est bien décoré avec de nombreux espaces communs pour profiter.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent également.

Cons:

La chambre était petite et pas très bien insonorisée...

Hotel, do którego chce się wracać.
Pros:

Absolutnie genialny hotel. Śniadania dostępne z karty menu oraz bufet. Pokoje wykończone naprawdę w fantastycznym stylu. Wanna w pokoju! W samym centrum! GENIALNA obsługa. Same plusy. Na pewno wrócimy i polecamy każdemu!

Beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
Pros:

The rooms were lovely, each one decorated differently and tastefully. The hotel itself was beautiful and very relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic choice of cold and hot foods. I also liked the fact that both breakfast and check out was quite late, which meant that we could really relax and enjoy the morning.
