Beds in hostel need to be replaced, ALL linens should be washed I noticed the comforters are not washed just folded and placed on beds for new guest & that’s not sanitary!
NOTHING, the "hotel" is a scam because it's a motel. I didn't like anything about it because it's not what I was under the impression that I would be paying for. I want some sort of refund or compensation; it was just that bad!
This property was completely misrepresented – it is a motel, not a hotel. Promised amenities like breakfast, bar/restaurant, fitness center, refrigerator, and microwave did not exist. The room was dirty (stains, unclean tub, weak AC, no hot water). Amenities were restricted by private events, making the pool, lobby, and courtyard unusable. The area felt unsafe, staff were unprofessional, and a drug addict was on the premises with no action taken. Overall, misleading, unsanitary, and unsafe. I would like corporate or someone to contact me.
How can I smell someone smoking from one room into mine but I have a note in my room saying no smoking and I’ll be charged extra. House keeping doesn’t clean unless you beg.

The room was excellent and the whole stay was wonderful but they have some of the best staff ever I want to thank them for my wonderful stay one of my favorite hotel now definitely will be back

I slipped and fell in the bathtub and injured myself, this hotel has step up and in bathtub with no grab bars or antislip mats. I injured my back, arm and backside and was limping for weeks and had to leave the reservation early because no one from the Hotel contacted me to switch rooms and I could not use that same step up bathtub with my injuries. I immediately went to the reception who called the Manager Jonathan Maxwell in my presence to relay my incident and was provided an email to contact and submit a report to him directly, the Manager did not reach out to me. Only after I submitted an online survey did he reach out and even then never followed up after I provided details of my injuries. I never did get a formal report to submit which I was told by reception the Manager would provide to me to document the incident. I followed up multiple times and never received a response from the Manager. Ultimately I had to seek medical care and seek a refund from my credit card company.

The hotel is cute and easy to navigate. It is close to downtown Houston. Just about 6 minutes to Main Street. There's an overall lively vibe. And the staff was friendly. The bar and restaurant were not currently open, but everything else was nice. They had a good DJ on Saturday.

It was a motel!!! The internet was misleading! The area wasn’t the greatest with the homeless people around the property! There was no restaurant/bar . The staff was nice and made us feel welcome. It needs a lot of work! The outside area with the pool seems like it would be nice if everything was up and running.
Enjoyed the property but only had pastry breakfast. No mini fridge in the room. Also took into consideration it looked like they may have been under new management due to bar area not open yet.
