the space and the cleanness of the place , was well decorated
the breakfast was diverse
the staff very cooperative

Cons:

The Spa is not well managed and it's a not raise to five star scale tbh
they don't offer any tea and the attitude of the employees need to be addressed ( I felt like I am a heavy guest ) thu I paid for the service
the Sauna for females sectionyy was not working, thu when I asked about it they say it will be ready for me after I finish the massage but that was a lie , they offered The Sauna in another floor but I refused
The technician work well with my condition but there's area for improvement as she missed few areas like my neck and the massage room was cold .

Fantastic location
Pros:

We loved the location was fantastic, shops across the road, mosques on both sides, money exchange few steps away and Zaitoon and Pattaya restaurant few minutes away that served amazing food. The staff were very friendly. The reception was beautiful and the rooms were modern and carpeted so was easier for prayers. The pool was nice and clean and the hotel offered lovely facilities. This hotel was close to gold souks and tailoring services for abaya and thoubs.

Cons:

The breakfast was basic, we expected more choice for a 5 star hotel..we stayed here 5 nights and it was same breakfast choice every days.
I was a little dissppointed as the pressure on the toilet hose in one of our rooms was too high and water spilled everywhere. We reported it to the reception who sent a repair man to fix it but the problem occurred after that. My parents struggled during their stay and had to use water from a bottle instead.
