Cons:

I am residing Qatar since 16 years.and book for a staycation. I booked the stay with my kids and wife. Unfortunately i missed to take valid physical QID of mine.. rest of the three i present them...
I showed them digital QID from metrash and previous physical QID. But they did not accept. Even MOI and airport customs are accepting digital QID this hotels send me back and spoil our weekend plan.

الفندق جميل بجمال الدوحة.
Pros:

الهدوء والتعاون وسرعة الاستجابة

Cons:

دخول الموقف ضيق وكذلك ترتيب المواقف مع المصاعد غير واضحة. وضعف كروت الابواب الخشبية.

جيدة لكن ليست بالمستوى اللي تعودت عليه منهم

سكنت اكثر من مرة بهالفندق لكن اول مره اواجه هالمشاكل ، طلبت عشا فجابوا لي الاكل مكشوف، وبعد ما خلصت طلعت الاكل بره الغرفة وبلغت العامل ان تعال بعد ساعة شيلوا الاكل، لكن الاكل تم لين ثاني يوم الظهر، شفت عامل تنظيف طلبت منه يشيله… بعدها بيوم.. وصلت الفندق ومعاي اغراض ثقيلة بس محد كان موجود عند الباب يشيل عني الاغراض.. فشلتهم بنفسي…وفي يوم طلبت تنظيف للغرفة بس محد جا ينظف.. السبت بالليل الساعة 12 اتصل موظف الريسبشن يسال متى بتسوون جيك آوت بكرة… استغربت الاتصال وكان مصر انه نطلع الساعة 12 الظهر مع ان حجزي فيه خروج متأخر.. كان شيء مؤسف ان مستوى الفندق تدهور بهالطريقة.. مع ان كنا فرحانين مسويين لنا اب قريد للغرفة.. بلغت موظفة جداً راقية في التعامل بهالامور واعتذرت واستغربت من هالمواقف اللي صارت..
