Pros:

Le confort, la propreté et l'emplacement.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié, l'accueil le premier jour et le manque d'anticipation de nos besoins ( lit bébé). Le frigo du mini bar ne fonctionnait pas et la télé dans la salle de bain de notre suite n'ont plus. Lorsque vous demandez au personnel, rien n'est fait et aucun geste commercial proposé. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Prachtig en comfortabel hotel
Pros:

Prachtige kamers met uitzicht, mooie ruime badkamer, heerlijk comfortabele bedden. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was lekker en divers.

Cons:

Het zwembad boven op het dak was heerlijk verfrissend, maar komt niet helemaal overeen met de kwaliteit van de kamers. Het was prima, maar met hier en daar loszittende tegels niet op het niveau van de rest van het hotel.

لم يعجبني استقبال الاخت فاطمة عند المغادرة لم يكن جيد إتصالات كثيرة لإخلاء الغرفة وارسال العامل لإخلاء الغرفة والأخير إطفاء الكهرباء على غرفة الأطفال ( مستأجر 3 غرف ) مع العلم انه تم الاتصال بهم واخذ مهلة لمدة 2 ساعتين

I recently stayed at Shaza Doha, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Qatar. From the moment you arrive, the hotel impresses with its elegant, modern design inspired by the Silk Road – beautiful Arabian details blended with contemporary luxury. Location is perfect: just a short walk from Souq Waqif, the Corniche, and the metro station. It’s only 10 minutes by taxi from Hamad International Airport, which made everything super convenient. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, the bathroom luxurious with a big bathtub, and the amenities (espresso machine, good Wi-Fi, fridge ...) were all top quality. The views over the city were nice too. Service stands out – the staff is genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. Special mention to the team at Midan restaurant and the front desk, who went out of their way to help. Breakfast is outstanding with a huge variety of fresh options, local specialties, and international choices. Other highlights: the rooftop pool area, the modern gym, and the overall peaceful yet central vibe. Shaza Doha perfectly balances luxury, culture, and convenience. Whether you’re in Doha for business or leisure, this hotel is a winner. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit! Thank you to the entire team
