Pros:

Location, breakfast included, nice outdoor area, free transportation with a golf cart from the hotel.

Cons:

There was no hot water after one shower in one of the bedroom.

Quite nice, could level up significantly with some attention.
Pros:

Nice to be away from the crowds. Beautiful little patio with shade and comfy couches to relax. Room was spacious. Linens were of good quality. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was underwhelming, the eggs were cold and the oatmeal had nothing to add to it, ie nuts, raisins, etc. Bedroom had several repair issues such as drill holes in wall, broken TP holder, windows nailed shut so we couldn't take advantage of the lovely breeze.

Overall, the property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We will be back to the island and we will stay with Zan

The property was nestled on the hill overlooking a wonderful view of the water. Very quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful with the property. Our first night we didn’t sleep well. The tenants above us were arguing and making noise until around 3am. We found out the next morning that multiple people complained about them, yet nothing was done to resolve the issue.

Breakfast was fine. Nothing extraordinary. Nothing lacking.

The room was spacious.

It was nice having a golf cart that could take us down the hill. It would be nice to text for this rather than call.

Cons:

The windows in our room were inoperable. It would have been nice to have access to the fresh air.

I didn’t realize it was up on a hill.

Housekeeping service was okay.

Front desk staff were not very friendly.

The pool had a light floating in it and the room ac kept clicking all night. No elevators to higher floors. View was nice but save your money and stay in town. This place is a dump.

Pros:

Staff was great, the room view is the best on the island. Wildlife comes up to the front door if you’re into that thing as well. The 5th floor pool was also a nice touch along with the lounge area. Your stay also includes breakfast. Two things you don’t get at the hotel though… a hot shower ( water is cold to lukewarm most of the time ) and a thorough cleaning with housekeeping. Not a huge deal but if you’re a clean freak, some of the minor details are missing. Overall, good stay and I would consider staying here again.
