Hampton Inn & Suites Gainesville

When our own tour with the Joker and Jester Comedy Tour we always appreciate an easy check-in. Days of long driving are much more manageable when you don’t have to deal with troubles to check in. The room was super clean and equipped with all modern conveniences. Would recommend this place to any traveler.

This is a very clean hotel located in a safe area approximately 10 minutes from Winstar Casino. The room is large with a King bed and a Queen pullout sofa. The breakfast was also better than expected with biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, and make your own waffles. We will definitely stay here again.

Very safe. We came in late at night from the casino.

I arrived @ 2pm and checkin was @ 3.
The receptionist informed me I had to come back at 3 and may have to wait until
5 pm for my room. (She wasn’t sure when
housekeeping will be finished cleaning)
I choose to stay at another Hotel. The staff wasn’t friendly.

The location was good but the air conditioning was noisy and the coffe in the lobby was cold and old and the so call breakfast was sorry

Room smelled great when we walked in. Clean and well organized

The hotel needs to spray for bugs; several bugs were on the floor in the breakfast area Tuesday 9/30/2025 in the breakfast morning. We also found a live spider on one of the bed pillows. The room A/C was very loud; it would wake us up every time it started up to cool the room. The lady at the front deck did a good job at check-in, she was helpful with questions about the area.

Found trash still left from last visitor. Shower had clump of hair hanging on wall. The mattress was uncomfortable. Very loud, could hear the neighbor through the thin walls. For being what looked like a brand new hotel and the price I just expected more.

We liked everything about the property. Being by I35 and next to Crackle Barrel was great.

The staff was very friendly

It was very clean looking. Even the best cleaner can miss a hard to reach spot. Under the sink around the legs in the back. However, my room was fresh smelling, clean sheets on the bed. Was very happy with my room😊

I walked into the room an noticed the smell of weed, it wasn't real bad so I just let front desk know,so they didn't think it was me.
After A long day of driving all I wanted to do was take a nice hot shower an soak my back. I got in the shower an found out the shower head wasn't working.. it was stuck in 1 position, very light spray. It was almost 11pm and I had a 7am appointment so I didn't ask for a different room.
I had to use a travel companions room to take a good shower,unaware they were already in there beds.
This was a inconvenience for us both.
The staff only said they weren't sure when maintenance will come. They then stated they could give me a different room the next day.
We had already decided to get a different hotel by that point.
