Pros:

Friendly staff. Style of the premises, especially the coffee locke very safe environment and the location is good

Cons:

For the price, some attention to detail was lacking. Such as, curtains that don't close, poor tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Lovely hotel but cold rooms
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful and very well presented. Unfortunately, the rooms were extremely cold during our stay. We tried adjusting the thermostat multiple times and even contacted reception for assistance, but nothing resolved the issue.
It really put a dampener on what could have been a lovely experience. Sadly, because of this, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

We stayed and they looked after us incredibly well. Any questions we had they answered and it is a lovely place to stay.

Central to everything! Lovely rooms and facilities and very friendly and helpful staff!

Good location

Cons:

Poor room design: no bedside lights, TV positioned in such a way that you can't watch it from bed. The cheapest coffee sachets in the room. Room wasn't cleaned during our two night stay. Entry card system you need to move around the hotel and use the lift is slow and buggy. An army of people with laptops colonise the reception area. Think "upmarket hostel" rather than hotel and you'll be happier.
