Great hotel, lovely staff
Pros:

I’ve been at this hotel 3 times already and have always had a great experience.
The staff is exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. The view is great. Very clean and comfortable.
I have food allergies (celiac) and the chefs and staff have been incredible at accommodating. The food is so delicious and they have always made sure that everything is 100% gluten free.

Cons:

There are only 3 things that aren’t ideal.
The location is a bit outside everything, you‘ll need a cab to get around.
There is no rooftop terrace (that is high enough to have a pretty view) which is a shame given the incredible views from the rooms.
If you’re there for work, the lobby and restaurant are the only areas to work at besides the room which may not be comfortable for everyone.

Fairly good value for money
Pros:

Friendly staff. Spacious room with nice city view.

Cons:

Clean and spacious room. The location is a bit away from the city center; nevertheless, given the price, it offers fairly good value for money. The dining experience needs some improvement. The menu is limited, and Western or non–South Asian dishes are honestly below Thamel café quality. The coffee tasted like caffeinated hot water.

Staff training could also be improved. Although the staff are very friendly and helpful, room service orders did not always come through correctly and took a long time to arrive. Some in-room items—such as amenities and towels—were missing.

Given Nepali’s easy-going nature, this is nothing unusual, but this is a Hyatt. I hope they can pay more attention to quality and detail.

Pros:

Beautiful lobby, amazing varieties of breakfast choices, very helpful staffs. I'm very impressed by the quality of the hotel. We got a twin room on the 11th floor, got some nice view. Clean room, comfy bed, blackout blinder allow us to have a good rest. Couldn't be happier.

Great staff and great ambiance
