Great location with everything we needed for our business trip
Pros:

Wonderful location next to Temple of Literature, great staff especially the concierge and comfortable large rooms with a fabulous executive lounge serving a great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and food.

Nice hotel and gym service
Pros:

I stay here happily. The staff are nice. Room also very well decoration. I got the special support from gym staff, Mr. Dzung, as well, which is very nice. Hope others can enjoy the same while staying here.

スタッフの方が親切でした。
タオルも毎日替えてくれて、何よりクリーニングが3点無料なのがすごくよかったです。
夕方降った雨のせいで汚れたパンツの裾がクリーニングに出したらすごく綺麗になって戻ってきました！

Great hotel and great service
Pros:

Grand Mercure is a luxurious and elegant hotel. All the staff are very nice, helpful, informative, and enthusiastic. I would especially like to mention Mr. Son from the security department. He did a great job and enthusiastically guided me on where to park my motorbike and how to get to the ground floor.
