Nice hotel near the Goryukaku tower, worth stayin it
Pros:

Good variety of breakfast (Joghurt, whole meals, cakes), very nice personal)
very friendly staff
good location near the Goryukaku Tower (ten minutes by foot) - a bus stop is near the hotel

最適な場所
Pros:

エレベーターが3台あるので、待たなくても良い。
ユニットバスが新しくて清潔感ある。
ホテルの駐車場はすぐに満車でしたが、すぐ隣に提携駐車場があり近くて便利。

Cons:

よく他のホテルで、1階にコーヒーの機械がありいつでも飲めるような所が多い中ここでは有料だった。

相場より安いが、我慢は必要
Pros:

五稜郭に近かったので、観光には便利だった。またセイコーマートの近くで買い出しも便利だった。

Cons:

集中管理エアコンだったので、寒い日だったが温かい暖房にすることができなく寒かった。また、清掃が3日に1回しか入らなく、自分で浴槽などを掃除することになった。

Pros:

Nice location (really close to Goryokaku Park). Hot water in the shower was actually hot. Probably the first time I've experienced that at a hotel.

Cons:

Windows could not be open. After taking a shower the vent in the bathroom was not that strong and the humidity level in the room increased quite a lot.
