Pros:

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Cons:

Das Hotel erhebt einen Aufschlag für die Sauna, auch wenn diese nicht genutzt wird, wie in meinem Fall. Da mein Aufenthalt teilweise einen beruflichen Anlass hatte, kann ich natürlich den Saunaaufschlag nicht mit meiner Firma abrechnen. Auch nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage, war das Hotel nicht bereit den Aufschlag zu löschen bzw. auf den Zimmerpreis aufzuschlagen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dierkt an der Promenade von Westerland
Pros:

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit täglich wechselnden Angeboten bei Fisch und Beilagen. Tolle Lage direkt hinterm Deich. Gemütlicher Frühstücksraum. Kleine Terasse mit Strandkorb.

Cons:

SAT Anlage war noch nicht aktuallisiert. Daher waren nur wenige Fernsehprogramme empfangbar. Leider keine Dusche ,sondern Badewanne

Personal top, Sauberkeit, ein Riesen Flop und Mega Renovierung Stau

Sehr gute Lage in Westerland, nur 3 Minuten zum Strand, sehr gutes Frühstück, aber das Allerbeste ist das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück

Cons:

Aber das Personal kann auch nicht mega schwerwiegende Mängel beheben. Die Toilette war nicht sauber. Das geht überhaupt nicht das muss sauber sein.. 😡😡😡 im Bad gingen von drei Licht Spots nur einer. Es war total finster.
Das Hotel ist total abgewöhnt und renovierungsbedürftig und nicht mehr auf dem aktuellen Stand.

Die Lage ist sehr schön nahe zum Strand.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Das Personal sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Das die Rezeption nur bis 18.00h offen war.
Zun Teil ein Renovierungsstau im Zimmer / Bad.

Nur Kleinigkeiten aber man sollte die im Auge behalten.
