Personal top, Sauberkeit, ein Riesen Flop und Mega Renovierung Stau

Sehr gute Lage in Westerland, nur 3 Minuten zum Strand, sehr gutes Frühstück, aber das Allerbeste ist das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück

Cons:

Aber das Personal kann auch nicht mega schwerwiegende Mängel beheben. Die Toilette war nicht sauber. Das geht überhaupt nicht das muss sauber sein.. 😡😡😡 im Bad gingen von drei Licht Spots nur einer. Es war total finster.
Das Hotel ist total abgewöhnt und renovierungsbedürftig und nicht mehr auf dem aktuellen Stand.

Das Frühstück hat uns beiden sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Sehr aufmerksames Servicepersonal.
Unsere Fragen wurden von den Damen an der Rezeption höflich immer beantwortet.

Wir hatten ein Familientreffen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön nahe zum Strand.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Das Personal sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Das die Rezeption nur bis 18.00h offen war.
Zun Teil ein Renovierungsstau im Zimmer / Bad.

Nur Kleinigkeiten aber man sollte die im Auge behalten.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war richtig gut und man hat uns auch tatsächlich vor 8 Uhr beim Frühstück schon freundlich begrüßt und uns heiße Getränke gebracht
Das Hotel war sehr gut gelegen und es war trotz der Nähe zur Innenstadt sehr ruhig.
Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich dort sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

Das es erst um 8 Uhr Frühstück gab, dass war zeitlich etwas problematisch und man sah auch direkt, dass schon um 8 Uhr ein riesen Ansturm auf das Buffet da war.
Die Frühstückstischdecke war immer irgendwie dreckig und im ersten Zimmer roch es unangenehm.
