Not worth the cost.
Pros:

The house keeper was nice. And the meth head crossing the parking lot offered me a bag of ice she got at the gas station (literally ice not the other kind)

Cons:

Neighborhood super sketchy, the pool was out of order and looked like it had been that way for quite some time. The lady at the front counter was also very rude when checking us in. Not so
Much when we were leaving which makes me think people coming to stay are a bother to her.

I probably got my money's worth, but I would ould only return if 24 hr support available.
Pros:

Room was clean, and overall value was good.

Cons:

Not havinng access to staff 24 hours. No support from 10 pm to 8 am. In fact was not available until a little after 8:00. Smokealarm battery went dead about 3:00 am and it chipped until I left about 9:00. When I finally found someone at the front desk, the lady wanted to give me to install the battery. I declined. When I returned to the room later in the day the alarm was not chirping. I was also disappointed that the location was considerably further from Cartersville than I expected.
