Pros:

Great hotel, spacious room, delicious breakfast. We enjoyed every moment travelling as a family of three. We had to shorten our stay by one night due to the typhoon approaching Okinawa and staff members allowed us to receive a refund and were super friendly showing great customer service.

Väldigt bra upplevelse, vi kommer tillbaka.
Pros:

Allting var utmärkt, från början till slut. I stannade 5 nätter i Svit Lanai och hade en fantastisk upplevelse.

Amazing property
Pros:

Staff were friendly and quick to assist

Cons:

We should have stayed longer and weather and a tsunami warning killed plans. We instead had a fun day in the hotel swimming pool.
