The property did not exist
Nothing. When I arrived I was told I didn’t have a booking and the one that I had made via yourselves was a scam. I was travelling with my 3 children and therefore had nowhere to stay.

The staff were friendly, there's a newsagents nearby and the tower is within walking distance.
When I used booking.com filter I selected to have a hotel with parking. It hasn't got parking, there's a pay and display at the far end of the road that cost £11. It also said suitable for families but there were young adults in the other rooms basically partying. There was a large buggy in the narrow hall creating a fire hazard and the communal room downstairs was full of junk and a mess. The room itself didn't match the pictures on the booking.com website. It was smaller and poorly arranged, there was an electrical socket with usb ports on the wall but the bed frame blocked it, rendering it useless. The sign in the room has incorrect key code info and the SSID for the WiFi listed doesn't even show up as an available network. We couldn't get the WiFi to work so could use the TV in the room as it's dependent on WiFi. The key code to the room had been left correct with the key in it, so anyone could have accessed our room prior to arrival. There was damage in the room such as part of the ceiling missing, and holes in the walls, easy fix with some filler but hadn't been done. There was a strip of the office style blind at the window, in one of the bedside drawers. I presume another guest broke it and hid it there but it doesn't make me think they go to much effort to inspect and clean the rooms very well. We didn't feel comfortable staying and left after a couple of hours.

I booked it on the preference that free parking was available, but this wasn't the case. I wouldn't of booked otherwise, so I had to pay £15 to park outside a shop. I don't like leaving bad reviews but that was false advertising about free parking, and also the room needed a clean and the toilet well let's just say the skidmarks was a nice surprise on our arrival.

Had potential to be a great stay but ruined our trip away
20 minutes before arrival told our room wasn't available due to broken toilet, so put in another hotel which wasn't fit for an animal or safe no flooring no hot water was a total building site and unsafe and illegal to stay in we was the only people in there was mold up the walls we had an empty room with a bed was dirty! Didn't even have a cup had to drink from my hands! Original room stayed there second night toilet wasn't fixed as promised till late in the day wasn't made aware it was even fixed tools left everywhere, told to walk back round to that squaller to use a toilet! and whoever fixed it had left the door open with our belongings and money in the room. The hotel staff were apologetic but the owner has done nothing but be awful since trying to dispute this paid alot of money to stay in a building site with no apology or even understanding why we were upset! I have ojtots and videos and will be taking it further thankfully I wasn't with my child
