Lovely accommodation. Made my last few days in Japan even better.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, great room and very good location. Staff were super helpful in all aspects, provided some goodies and explained all amenities/services. Very professional. Room itself was much better than expected and honestly couldn't ask for more. Exceptional value for money.

Cons:

Honestly nothing. Great accommodation.

Perfect for a homebase to travel around Tokyo and enough to recover yourself to prepare next day!
Pros:

For a trip of exploring and adventuring in Tokyo, this hotel was perfect for a homebase to sleep and recover. It was cozy and enough to just sleep and shower to prepare for the days! The staff were kind to bring our suitcases up when it was delivered and there were quick amenities available like coffee, tea and water, and a microwave to use!

Cons:

Whilst its not a personal issue, there was no elevator thus bringing large suitcases up and down the staircase may be a concern for those not able to do so - however, as mentioned, the staff brought up our suitcases and our floor was on the 2nd floor, we did not travel any further up but I think there's only 4 floors. Something to consider when booking this hotel! Additionally, which this is not a hotel issue, but the area can get quite busy to walk through the streets as it is located near K-Town - the noise in the room could be tolerable but not suited for light sleepers, the noise does reduce around 11pm, and when checking out of the hotel around 10-11am, it was not noisy because of crowds.

清潔で和室は使い勝手が良かったです。
スタッフはとても感じが良かった。
ウォーターサーバー・電子レンジ・お菓子があって良かったです。

Cons:

階段は少し大変でした。
ドアが中に開くので靴を脱ぐのが大変でした。
テレビの位地が見づらかったです。
