Excelllent séjour, l’emplacement est parfait et le personnel est très agréable, je recommende !

Pros:

Location and staff were great. The room was very loud, as you can see from other reviews, the window was tinted and you couldn't see out of it. Honestly I would have preferred a wall just to have the quiet. The cash machine wasn't working and they don't accept cards so had to go to the nearby convenience store to get cash.

Cons:

Appreciated the staff that was very kind and helpful. Would recommend staying there as base to explore Tokyo.
Pros:

Very close to Shinjuku. Room was clean and spacious, bath was big and modern too.
Free laundry washing was very much appreciated.

Cons:

The mattress was pretty hard.

Best stay in Japan
Pros:

Hotel Matsunoi's staff is very friendly and helpful. They received an important package for us one day before our check in and communication with them was excellent. We stayed in their annex and everything was so new and beautiful. One of the most impressive things was the space they have in the room, much bigger than other places we saw in Japan. Location is also great, walking distance from Shinjuku station. Would definitely come back!

Pros:

Nuestra estadía en el Matsunoi fue excelente. La habitación y el hotel estaban impecables. La habitación tenia espacio suficiente para poder abrir la valija cómodamente. Tuvimos un inconveniente en el baño con la cadena que lo resolvieron inmediatamente. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta y no se escucha para nada el ruido de la calle. A pesar de que no lo dice, cuenta con servicio de lavandería sin cargo. Definitivamente volvería en un futuro

Cons:

Lo único que creo que podría llegar a mejorarse es que prácticamente no nos cruzamos con personal del hotel, pero como son dos edificios es posible que estuvieran en el otro en los pocos momentos que pasaba por recepción

Hotel perfetto per viaggiatori solitari
Pros:

La struttura è ottima per brevi soggiorni di viaggiatori singoli essendo a pochi minuti a piedi da due stazioni del treno e a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Shinjuku.
I servizi che offre la struttura sono molto apprezzati come prodotti per l'igiene personale ma anche un distributore di acqua calda/fredda al piano con possibilità di prepararsi un the. Offrono anche un servizio di lavanderia gratuito.
Personalmente la vicinanza della stazione del treno e il rumore causato da esso non sono stati un problema la notte anzi la canzoncina della Yamanote Line è stata come una ninna nanna ogni sera.
