Cons:

Ziemlich laut, da direkt an den Gleisen/Haltestelle. Fenster sind alt und nicht gut so isoliert.

Matratze war sehr weich/ durchgelegen

Good value for money and felt very safe.
Pros:

The property was easy to find, small but comfortable. 2 minutes walk to shin-okubo station, I easily went to shibuya, shinjuku, harajuku etc, with yamanote line.

Cons:

I cannot say anything bad about the property, I could hear some occasional noise from the outside.

Nora and the staff were gracious and welcoming. They made sure I had everything I needed.
This is my 2nd trip to Tokyo and this is an ideal location for the city trains and to/from Narita airport. Complimentary amenities are thoughtful. I liked they stocked extra towels and toothbrushes for my 5 night stay.
I am a solo female traveller and felt safe here.

Cons:

It wasnt a dislike but an option for foam pillows and maybe am extra one. Please note, I did not ask so they may available.

Definitiv zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, auch wenn es ein Zimmer im japanischen Stil war, hatte man meiner Meinung nach genug Platz (ich war alleine). Sogar das Futonbett war sehr bequem!

Das kleine Hotel hat keinen Aufzug aber das Personal trägt einem ohne zu fragen, das Gepäck rauf und runter.

Muy buna ubicación, poco espacio en la habitación
Pros:

Justo al lado del hotel hay un restaurante que nos ha venido fenomenal. La estación de tren está a 3 minutos, muchos konbinis cerca y caminando pocos minutos estás en una zona con mucho ambiente muy, aún así por la noche hay mucho silencio. El personal encantador.

Cons:

La habitación y el baños son muy muy pequeños, si llevas maletas grandes y las abres no queda más habitación. El hotel es pequeño, con pocas habitaciones, no tiene ascensor y tampoco zonas comunes.
