The best hotel ever in tokyo!
Pros:

The Location is perfect next to shin okubo station which is connected to many major subway lines. So much around the hotel too. Staff was amazing and rooms were amazing too. Going to stay here when we come back to tokyo for sure.

Convenient location, modern, and clean - but not soundproof.
Pros:

Very conveniently located, tucked amid the hustle and bustle of Koreatown and quick walk to the station. It is beautifully renovated, very modern Japanese aesthetic with artsy accents, and clean. It was just what I needed for a quick stay and great value for the price.

Cons:

Windows weren’t soundproof, so I could hear the trains, station announcements, and party goers in the area. I had to sleep with earplugs. Also, I checked out at 7am hoping to store my luggage, but couldn’t find any staff to assist me so I had to store it in a coin locker at the train station. It’s fine that they don’t staff the lobby, but I wish the staff was a bit more accessible and responsive.

The staff was so nice ,friendly and helpful.The room was small but cozy.I had a good stay here.
