Great Hotel in Namba Area
Pros:

This was our 10th time in Osaka. However the first time we stayed in that neighborhood. We enjoyed the hotel. The staff made big effort to communicate in english, and they language level was great. The let us check in, as soon as the room was ready.
There´s a coffee bar in the lobby. And they offer free coffee from a coffee-dispenser as well.
The location is great, you are in walking distance from Dotonbori (5 minutes). You´re supe close to namba station. It is a quiet street, so no traffic and no noise...

We would turn back to this hotel

Cons:

Nothing to complain. The rooms were big enough for japanese standards.

Great location only downfall was the beds were hard

Great location, train station and family mart within 200m, friendly staff, the room was small but standard in Japan and still big enough for our family of 3

Cons:

Only thing was the beds were hard, but after 20k plus steps still had a good sleep

Pros:

The hotel is very nice and the staff very helpful. The room was a little on the small side but to be expected. There were lots of helpful amenities in the reception area and the breakfast was appreciated. It's in a great spot for exploring Osaka.

Ottima solo la posizione molto vicino a Dotonbori e alla stazione Namba dalla quale partono la maggior parte dei mezzi per girare la città. Per il resto il mio soggiorno non supera neanche la sufficienza.

Cons:

Colazione molto più asiatica che internazionale, quello che c’era di internazionale era freddo e non aveva sapore. Il personale della reception molto distaccato e poco cordiale. Stanza veramente troppo piccola (anche per gli standard giapponesi), facevamo fatica a muoverci in 2.

Tranquilo y cerca de la zona de más ambiente de Osaka.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, se puede ir andando desde la estación de Namba, que a su vez conecta con linea directa con la estación de trenes Shin Osaka. Está a un corto paseo de la zona de más ambiente, Dontonbori, pero es tranquilo y no hay ruidos. El desayuno no es lo que esperamos en España de un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero para ser Japón, no está mal.
