Very good value, great breakfast
Pros:

A very good value hotel in Bitung. The rooms are comfy and there is a nice pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Lots of food options, all very tastay.

Cons:

Not a major thing but the bathrooms could do with some updating. Impossible to adjust the shower nozzle -as it is unreachable, hence alot of water gets sprayed around the room.

Great staff, always stay Favahotel when I visit Bitung but, the hotel carpets to the rooms need to be renewed

Pros:

Modern, clean, good services. I had room service one evening and it arrived quickly. The laundry service was also very efficient (same day).

Cons:

There was a wedding happening during my stay and they locked both the lifts for use by the wedding party only! They did finally let me use one but it seemed odd they wanted me to walk up 6 flights when some from the wedding were happily using the lifts (to the same floor!).

Comfy stay
Pros:

Good place to stay when you're diving with Rumah Selam and don't want to spend the premium prices charged by the resorts in Lembeh.
Very comfy beds, location is central and Indonesian breakfast buffet is provided. There is a pool, we haven't used it though as we have been out diving most of the time.

Cons:

When we checked it, the room could have been cleaner (a lot of hair on the floor) but when we said something housekeeping made sure to remove them. I'm vegan, and there weren't many options at breakfast, even though I asked before arrival if something could be arranged, which was confirmed, there were not many options except for some fruit and dry toast.

Pros:

Location, easy to reach. Friendly staffs.

Cons:

- We booked a family room (3 adults) incl. Breakfast only being told at the restaurant that the breakfast was free only for 2 people. So we had to pay extra for the other one.
-There is no free waters in the bedroom, we had to filled from the shared water dispenser in the hallway.
- It took really long for the checkout

One of the best hotels in Bitung
Pros:

Very friendly staff throughout the entire hotel
Very comfortable beds and bedding
Decent selection at the breakfast buffet
Free water dispensers throughout the hallways

Cons:

The carpets in the hallways are I dire need of a deep cleaning. Lots of bad stains
Breakfast buffet is a bit expensive

Pros:

Perfect Hilton like mattresses - super comfy!. AC, own bath, nice rooms with cable TV. Super helpful reception, pool, super central with pick up for diving, and above all phantastic warm breakfast buffet, at least 7 daily changing dishes, fresh coffee with fresh milk a rarity in Indonesia, waffles donuts etc for the sweet tooth and super fresh papaya, pineapple, mango and water melon juices and their fruit!

high standards, you get what you pay for
Pros:

The rooms had a very european feel, great if you had a couple of rough days in more adventurous places and just want some comfort. Food we ordered in the room was also good and very reasonably priced.

Cons:

not the cheapest but you get what you pay for
