Perfect stay at the beautiful Forestis, literally loved everything! Just wish we had stayed longer.
Pros:

Its hard to pin point anything, was all exceptional. Food and drink was all amazing, the spa was also fantastic and the gym was great. Se loved the room and all the grounds in general. The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and very welcoming.

This is hands down the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. Everything was absolutely perfect — there is honestly nothing to complain about. The service is outstanding, the food is delicious and varied, all ingredients are fresh, and the breakfasts are excellent.

The level of care really stood out: I forgot my glasses at a restaurant in a nearby town, and the hotel staff actually brought them to me. I was genuinely surprised — that kind of service is rare.

The spa is fantastic, with a great variety of saunas and a very nice pool. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had — if I had known, I would have gone every day instead of only at the end of our stay.

The internet was another big surprise: incredibly fast and reliable, easily one of the best Wi-Fi connections I’ve experienced anywhere in Europe, especially impressive for a mountain location.

I also really appreciated the pillow selection — this matters a lot to me. The pillows and mattress were perfect, and I slept like a baby.

We will definitely be coming back, maybe in summer, and without a doubt again next winter. Absolutely worth the money. Highly recommended

服务很好，很标准化的连锁酒店服务。景观也非常不错。酒店的全景餐厅的fine dining真的超出预期。我在国外其实很怕这种，因为有的这种餐厅总搞些奇奇怪怪华而不实的东西，上菜又慢。但这个餐厅整体调味非常适合我的味觉，上菜速度也不错。spa服务也很不错，therapist很热情耐心。

Cons:

Garden 餐厅真的非常难吃……牛排非常柴又不香表面没有煎焦，trout的汁咸到我怀疑人生。虽然我饿得全吃完了，但是还是感觉好难吃。一家酒店里两个餐厅的水平怎么能差这么多。另外建议订塔楼套房的住客提前要求住高楼层，我住最低一层，景观都被树冠挡住了。

В этот раз я снова остановился в отеле — это был уже мой пятый или шестой визит.
При заселении сотрудник ресепшн задал вопрос, нахожусь ли я в отеле впервые. Для постоянного гостя такой вопрос звучит разочаровывающе и создаёт ощущение, что история визитов и лояльность клиентов здесь никак не учитываются.

Это производит впечатление отсутствия или неиспользования CRM-системы и в целом слабой работы с постоянными гостями.

Также отмечу, что в предыдущие визиты я оставлял конкретные замечания и пожелания, в том числе по совсем базовым деталям — например, по отсутствию полочек для очков в зоне спа, а также по ряду других моментов. За прошедшее время ничего из этого не было реализовано.

Разочаровывает не наличие самих недочётов, а тот факт, что обратная связь гостей, в том числе повторных, остается без реакции. Это создаёт ощущение безразличия со стороны менеджмента и не соответствует уровню сервиса, который отель заявляет.

Where Mountains and Nature Meet an Exceptional Spa. Service Varies.
Pros:

Forestis is, without question, a place of extraordinary natural beauty and great design. I learned about it last winter while staying in a hotel near by and needed to try this year.

The setting is stunning, immersed in forest and mountains, remote, silent, and visually powerful, with beautiful views of the Dolomites.

The overall concept and architecture are strong and well thought through.

The spa is truly exceptional. The sauna area is outstanding, and the spa concept is very well executed. I had requested in advance a therapist with a physiotherapy background, and this was respected. My treatment with Andrea was excellent and genuinely helped with long-standing pain and was a true highlight of the stay. The pool, views, sauna, and overall spa atmosphere are among the strongest elements of the experience.

Breakfast was very good, with high quality and local products and a pleasant start to the day.

Cons:

Overall service is inconsistent and does not always align with the expectations created by the setting and price point. While service in the spa and at breakfast was warm and professional, other interactions felt less attentive and at times poorly coordinated.

On Christmas morning, housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:45 am. Despite activating the “do not disturb” button, they returned again about ten minutes later, disrupting what should have been a calm and restorative start to the day. On the evening of departure, there was another unnecessary interruption when housekeeping insisted on delivering a departure information sheet, despite the fact that departure had already been arranged at reception earlier.

There was also an issue with the transfer arrangements, which added to the sense of instability during the stay. To the hotel’s credit, this was ultimately acknowledged and the transfer was refunded. But stressful, especially in such a remote area.

Outside of breakfast, however, the dining experience was not particularly impressive and did not stand out.

Overall, there was a lack of a consistent sense of stability, which is particularly challenging in such a remote location designed for rest, reconnection, and inner calm. For a retreat where one goes to slow down and reconnect with oneself, this inconsistency was noticeable.

Forestis has immense strengths, a remarkable natural setting and an exceptional spa, but it currently feels somewhat shaped by social media hype. With greater consistency in service and guest experience, it could truly live up to the image it projects.

For a property positioned as a high end wellness retreat, gaps in coordination, repeated room interruptions, a lack of continuity in the guest experience, and overall service consistency stand out more than they should.
