Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport West/Bedford

First time at a Residence Inn. . From the service to staff from the front to the kitchen staff and cleaning cant recommend them enough. Theyre also pet friendly with more than enough space. Amara, Lisa, Tyler and everyone else were so great. Cant wait to stay at another Residence Inn

Everything was new and kept spotless. The staff are very helpful, and worked diligently while under pressure from demanding guests. Out of the 1,500+ options I was presented with, I am thankful for picking this one.

We had dogs in the room next door that barked all day and night nonstop. I realize this is a prt friendly hotel, however the pets shouldn't be ledt alone all day or evening to disrupt other guests.

First time ever getting a hotel to get away from stress, it was awesome, the building is clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were quiet!! Love it 10/10 would come again.

The staff were very friendly. The room was furnished with everything we needed. The TV was smart. The breakfast had everything we needed or wanted. It was stocked well. Located near the interstate. No noise from other rooms or the hall. Bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Aria at the front desk is awesome...So helpful and kind... Ethan was another worker that was helpful... Everyone I came in contact with there as an employee were friendly...

I had a couple of issues with cleanliness as I went to take a blanket from the closet and put it on me overnight only to wake up to find a fake female nail attached to the blanket... That was quite gross to know that I actually used the blanket... Then there was hair on the bedding which obviously would not be me because I am bald... Then I went into the closet to grab something off the shelf and the shelf unit actually slit my finger open bleeding and I had to go to the front desk to grab a Band-Aid...

Last but not least and the last thing I was there were kids in the hallway running up and down the hallway, eating, had their pillow out, left food on the floor and this went on for about 3-4 hours...

Clean and friendly staff.

Whenever I go out of town, I always go to a Residence Inn. Spacious, clean rooms. A few difficulties with house keeping but overall a great experience!

Awesome hotel

Hotel did not disappoint! It was beyond expectations with breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were excellent with smooth check-in. Everything looked clean. Shower is huge.
