Cons:

In the afternoon of my 2nd day of my 2 night stay I came back to the room after a long event to a room with a broken heater that never shut off and I had to change rooms. I didn’t like noticing after I got home a few days later some additional charge to my credit card around $25-$30. I still have no idea what that was for. The location to the casino, cleanliness, and exceptional staff are the reason I would stay here again.

Nice, comfortable, great location.
Pros:

Room was very nice. It was comfortable, clean, and some nice amenities.

Cons:

There was a parking fee that seemed unreasonable. This was not a large city with a parking garage. It was a large open parking lot.

Also I would never rob the first floor again. It was loud and obnoxious early in the morning with people going in and out of the stair exit from higher floors to get to the breakfast area in the lobby.

Nice hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

From the moment I walked in the door, every staff member was courteous and welcoming. Check in was easy and my room was as shown in the pictures. From other reviews I read, I was concerned the hotel wasn't going to be nice; apparently the other reviewers either got bad rooms or were having bad days. I found the hotel to be as expected and I would stay there in the future.

Cons:

The only way to get ice for a beverage is by going to the front desk and having them get it from their kitchen. There are no ice machines in the building. Also not the hotels fault, but there were youth sports teams staying in the hotel and the youth were running up and down the halls knocking on doors. While it wasn't obscenely late, it was annoying because I needed to sleep for meetings the next day. Listening to other guests who had stayed longer, it seemed like that type of behavior by the youth was a normal thing in the hotel.

Staff is amazing the breakfast was an added bonus

Cons:

Was no fault of the hotel but the room above me had a kid running back and forth with my anxiety it was really annoying
