Overall, experience was good. Organization of housekeeping was poor as it related to communication. We requested room service and manager was informed by staff that it was done but it was never. Manager, Hattie, stepped in resolved everything. Hattie was very professional, friendly and made sure the rest of our stay was relaxing and pleasurable. Thank you Hattie!

Ishmael and Shamar were very welcoming and helpful. Anything I needed they provided with a joyous attitude. They truly represent the highest level of customer service. Definitely staying here when I come back in a few weeks!! Thank you both so much!!

Staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was above expectations. Room was comfortable and had a nice view. Facility was very clean.

I went to King Of Prussia on a festival weekend. When I checked out my scalp started feeling itchy which I thought was weird. When I got home I had a dust mite allergy all over my entire body. I had Hives and an allergic reaction but nothing in my routine changed except where I slept. Don’t stay here, they don’t clean the beds before you get here on a long weekend.

We've stayed here in the past for business, 2 weeks at a time. The staff always goes above and beyond A++ The only issue this time is that they now charge $12.00 a night for parking.

Great experience and a fantastic place. Ishmael went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our stay. We were part of a large group for a wedding and Ishmael handled everything professionally and respectfully at all interactions. Aside from Ishmael, the chef at breakfast brunch did a great job with everything served.he was friendly and helpful. I don't know if I can say anything more to recommend others to stay there. I know the next time we are in the area we will be staying there again. Thank you

We had a great stay here with family. The front desk staff, particularly Ismael, was very friendly, professional and courteous. They greeted us each time we entered and left and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. We have stayed at this property at least five times over the years and keep coming back because of the cleanliness, comfort, value and amenities. I will say this is the first time we had to deal with the paid parking, which was new to us and took some figuring out but all went well. Would recommend this hotel for family or business.

We stayed here for a wedding happening in Villanova. The whole staff was incredibly fun & nice to us and really helped us with whatever we needed! Or pointed us in the right direction. The room was spacious and very clean and it was a great value! And the whole vibe of the hotel was fun and modern. I want to give a special shout out to Ishmael for his 5 star service throughout the weekend!

I stayed here for about 6 weeks during a really tough tine in my life.
I couldnt leave without writing a review.
Everyone was so wonderfull! Ishmael “ISH” from the first day made me feel at home.
Every single employee went above and beyond anything I needed. Also made me feel so safe being a single girl.
Please give them all raises.

For the last 2 weeks I have been enjoying the wonderful experience of staying at Element. It was not the rooms, the views, or the amazing warm breakfest everyday that I made sure not to miss... it was the people like Ishmael and Kevin that were so dedicated to my every need, to whatever question I had they would go out of their way to make sure I was taken care off. If you ever stay here I hope you get the treatment and amazing company those 2 gave me every nigth I was downstairs in the lobby either for the free beer and wine nigths or me forgetting the hotel key for the 5th time. Thank you everyone for making my experience one to never forget.

I came in on April 26th, after travelling, sort of exhausted and found a great welcome in your house, both - Kevin and Emani gave me all I need on a pro way: easy check in, all details as needed and no questions open. Thanks for the great customer service, I absolutely do treasure this, and others houses could take an example from my faced experience.

The most friendly and clean hotel I have ever been to. Wynter Kevin and Ishmael are very professional and make you feel like royalty. I didn't get the name of the Chef making breakfast, but he gets 5 stars as well. I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely be back.

Had a good stay. The nightly social was a nice touch and Wynter was such a pleasure. Will be back to stay again when I’m in the area
