Pros:

Lovely hotel, well maintained with everything needed in the room. Easy free parking near the Citadel. We had a cosy room on the second floor. Spacious grand staircase, no lift. We'd stay again.

Je séjourne régulièrement dans cet hôtel pour mes déplacements professionnels et je n’ai jamais été déçu. L’endroit est calme, propre et très agréable. Le cadre est joli et le service constant dans la qualité. C’est devenu une adresse de confiance que je recommande vivement.

Des améliorations à prévoir ..
Pros:

Accueil excellent. Le cadre est idéal. Le service est top. Seules ombres au tableau: pas de climatisation (ventilateur) et réception des chaînes tv aléatoires avec coupures frequentes (pour moi, je ne sais pas pour les autres). Mais j'ai bien apprécié quand même.

Slightly disappointed. It was not staffed as a hotel should be. Only one lady present, carrying out admin and customer requests …. and hence a longish wait before we could check in. No porterage. No elevator. No parking. Lovely room. But hotel services non-existent, really.

Excellent one night family stop over on the way to the shuttle. Welcoming at reception. Mezzanine beds for the kids. Everything clean and tidy. Didn't eat at the hotel. Had dinner at Grand'Place cafe and a beer in Le Douglas
