la chambre est d'une bonne superficie

Cons:

Il n'y a personne pour nous accueillir comme on pourrait s'y attendre de la part d'un hôtel. Nous n'avons reçu aucun message de Booking pour nous donner les informations pour récupérer les clés. Le lundi matin, la salle de restaurant n'a pas ouvert pour le petit-déjeuner sans qu'on en soit informé. Heureusement qu'il y a un supermarché à côté !!!
Il faisait une chaleur épouvantable dans la chambre, et aucun ventilateur mis à disposition. Et comme il n'y a pas de personnel, on ne peut rien réclamer à personne. Lamentable!!!

Pros:

Lage und Parkplatz sind sehr gut um Stadt und Marta zu besuchen. Personal nicht sichtbar aber sehr gute telefonische Hilfestellung.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist schlecht. Der angegebene Kühlschrank war nicht vorhanden (wurde auch früher schon bemängelt). Trotz Balkon und kühler Nacht stand die Luft im Raum. Das Zimmer war nicht zu kühlen, 28grad im Schlafraum. In dem Gebäude wären Klimaanlagen angebracht.

Pros:

Junges, freshes Aparthotel mit tollem Konzept und schönem Dachgarten-Innenhof und netten Gastgebern.

Cons:

Der Innenhof auf dem Dachgarten ist zwar toll, dadurch ist man aber sehr exponiert. Es war wahnsinnig heiß und schwül ohne Klimaanlage und aufgrund der exponierten Lage konnte man die Tür nicht wirklich offen lassen, da man sonst wie auf dem Präsentierteller gewesen wäre. Außerdem ist eine Glastür zum Bad sehr ungünstig, denn dort ist ein großes Fenster und ab morgens um 5 Uhr war es taghell in dem Zimmer. Trotzdem die Betten gut waren, habe ich aufgrund der Hitze und der Helligkeit extrem schlecht geschlafen.
