Bonne expérience dans cet hôtel.
Chambre petite mais confortable et bien équipée.
Extérieur assez bruyant (voies de train) mais bonne fenêtre isolante.
L'isolation entre les chambres pourrait etre améliorée.
Petit déjeuner avec choix limités mais bon rapport qualité/prix

Chambre de taille modeste mais suffisante pour un séjour court. Personnel accueillant et serviable. La partie bar est très appréciable.

Bathroom was pretty dirty. Air ventilation didn’t work and shower and toilet is one. No separation.
Pet friendly ( €8 extra).
Area a little scary at night.
Bar- and Restaurant Staff very friendly.

Ca depanne pour une nuit

The hotel itself is fine but the area around is awful. Everything is run down and shabby. Also remember to book parking otherwise there is no parking outside.

Excellent séjour bien que je n’y ai passé qu’une seul nuit, la chambre offre une sublime vue. L’équipe est des plus accueillant .
Restauration, bar et animations accessibles.
Je retournerai prochainement à Clermont Ferrand et c’est là où j’envisage de retourner

Whilst cheap, the rooms are tiny, especially the bathrooms, which required some serious gymnastics to be able to move around, plus the sliding bathroom door was broken making it difficult to open and close. As the room overlooked the rail yards, it was noisy. Apparently on Sunday there is no food service and the options were very limited, but what he hotel informed us was also not true in terms of restaurants and small shop being close by.
Also, booked through Expedia, which had no mention of the need to book a car park space, so when asked, we were informed that as we had not booked, the car park was full. When walking past the car park, it clearly showed 61 places available.
Cannot recommend this hotel, other than its price.

Très bonne chambre, très propre avec salle de bain privative. Personnel accueillant et professionnels. Je recommande.

Chambre minuscule sans climatisation les murs sont si fins que nous entendions le voisin tousser et même fermer la lunette des toilettes !!
Sinon le personnel est au top très réactif et gentil

Compliqué de dormir avec les portes qui claquent et font bouger store et mur à chaque fois qu un' client rentre dans sa chambre

Séjour transit pour moi, on a pu me recevoir pour quelques heures arrivée dans la nuit à 3h30 du matin. 5 heures après je prenais mon train pour le Puy en Velay. C'était parfait simple et efficace, merci.

Bof très déçu. Chambre minuscule, pas de mini frigo ni de clim une chaleur étouffante le soir. Pas de savon pour les mains, pas de rideaux donc on a passé le séjour les volets complètement fermés et dans cette si petite chambre ça devient oppressant. Je souligne aussi les traces d'excréments partout sur le mur des toilettes et sur la porte coulissante. Je recommande absolument pas.

Bon séjour. Les lieux sont propres. Le personnel est accueillant. Le lit est bien. Hotel bien situé près de la gare. Calme.

Good location , 5 minute walk from train/bus station . Good bar-restaurant decent food staff very helpful would stay again

Très bien, chambre minimaliste mais avec tout ce qu’il faut et tout neuf. Très axé ecoresponsable, apprécié. Bon petit déjeuner.
