Cons:

We stayed for two weeks, and the issues we encountered were as follows:
- The hotel has no separate single beds.
- The glass partition in the bathroom was quite short, causing water to splash outside while showering.
- We requested an iron, but none was available.
- The staff did not replenish the soap.
- Although the staff provided excellent service and were very helpful, they made an error when issuing the receipt and were unable to correct it.
- We were not informed that the hotel doors are locked at night and that a staff member is stationed there. As a result, when we exited through the back entrance at 4:45 a.m. for a pickup, as recommended by the evening-shift staff because of roadworks at the front of the hotel, we were unable to find our way back into the hotel. Clearer instructions would have helped us avoid this confusion.

Auscheckzeit um 12:00.

Cons:

Im Verhältnis zur Lobby, war das Zimmer recht klein , für eine Nacht aber ok.

Pros:

Sehr schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Die Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Gerne wieder.

Central location, easy going lobby area
Pros:

Central location, good lobby area for hanging around, for drinks and breakfast. It's right on the edge of the pedestrianised area, close to station, and tram and bus stops. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly, we scored one free brekfast, our two rooms were next to each other (thanks!) and close to lifts (thanks!).

Cons:

The area outside the front needs some care but I suspect this is not in the control of the hotel.
