Pros:

I’ve had a great experience staying here. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, which is a huge convenience. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute drive to the office. I also book multiple rooms for my employees, and they all enjoy staying here as well. The front desk staff, especially the lady who usually assists us, is always nice and extremely helpful whenever we need anything. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and personal stays

First the lights in the parking lot were not working
Second there were 2 men in a truck drinking and relieving themselves in the parking lot. I mention it to the desk and was told they are staying there so it was not a problem. I had concerns ...
In the room the main living area the tv did not work... No information about the hotel
Or tv channels, no pens or paper for notes or such. Otherwise the room was great

Frustrating Stay
Pros:

1st room assigned already had a guest in it. 2nd room the TV did not work. Very disappointed as last time had a great experience.

Elevator did not work. Put me in a room on the fourth floor and after walking up 8 flights of stairs I found the room was still dirty and not cleaned and the beds were not made and there was a dirty toilet.

Staff was good. Gave me a room with the television not working. Thank you for moving me to another room. But the fridge did not work in my new room. I saw a cockroach walking around in the pantry area of the lobby.

The only things that bothered us was the flashing lights in the room while we tried to sleep and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest there was hairs all over the floor and the bathtub from whoever stayed there before us.
