A nice hotel outside the busy city of Hue
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with a very wide variety of food to choose from. The room was very nice and clean. All the staff, from the porters to the maintenance team were absolutely amazing. They could not have been more attentive and caring.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were a lot of children during our stay and the breakfast hall felt a bit like a school canteen and the pool quickly got crowded with young kids. Part of our reason for booking was the availability of the shuttle in to town but it turned out that this service was only available on selected days, none of which were days when we were there. Unfortunately there were just elements of our stay that didn’t live up to the 5 star luxury we expected.

Dù có vườn nhật nhưng ban ngày và tối đều ít gió, khá nóng ( tôi đi vào mùa hè )

Luxurious serenity
Pros:

An amazing five star, luxury resort at very reasonable prices. A three night stay was highlighted by the amazing Onsen that is part of the resort. A traditional Japanese nine step experience was truly exceptional.

The hotel itself is set in beautifully serene grounds, about a 15 minute taxi ride from the city of Hue.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the buffet breakfast is amazing. Helpful and polite staff (too many to mention by name) ensure your stay will be one to remember.

The bar fridge in my room could have been colder

The best 5 star resort in Hue!!!
Pros:

Loved everything about this resort! Staff were amazing and very kind and go above and beyond for you. The all inclusive menu had good variety and quality was good. Amazing onsen (beter than some in Japan). Had one of the best massages here!Loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Will write an extensive review on Google.

Wish I could stay longer (staying 3 night was clearly not enough)

お湯の質が最高
Pros:

温泉の湯の質は日本でもなかなか無いくらいの高いクオリティで、館内も清潔。スタッフも最高でした。

Cons:

唯一の問題点は部屋にある冷蔵庫が全く冷えないタイプで、せっかく気持ちよく温泉から上がってもキンキンに冷えたビールを部屋で飲めない点です。

Pros:

The resort is everything we expected and more!
The staff were exellent. From the front desk, bellboy, houskeeping, restaurant, all were extreamly nice and caring.
We dined at the Sasa restaurant for dinner and it was outstanding.
The Onsen is a unique relaxing experience. Dont miss it.
