A must stay experience for those needing a break
Pros:

If you’ve been on a big trip and are stopping in Hue, I can’t recommend a quiet reset at Kobi Onsen enough. Wow, what an experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so warm, attentive and accommodating, which made the whole stay feel extra special.

The spa treatment was genuinely one of the best I had in Vietnam, so relaxing and thoughtfully done and the onsen itself was an absolute dream. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge after busy travel days.

The room was also magnificent, with easily the comfiest bed I slept in during my time in Vietnam. Every detail felt luxurious, peaceful, and beautifully considered. Such a special little pit stop and one I’d highly recommend to anyone needing a restorative break while travelling.

Cons:

This is a nude onsen that is gender split. It's not as scary as you think for first timers :) the smell of sulfur may linger but it's so worth it!

Dopo un Tour finalmente le terme
Pros:

Hotel all'altezza delle aspettative, tranquillo fuori dal caos del traffico, a circa 7,5 dal centro, raggiungibile comodamente con un grab (taxi).
Buono l'Onsen, non affollato per un perfetto relax mattutino.
La colazione buona con varietà dolce e salato.
La cena era ottima, anche se nella lista non offriva molta varietà di piatti, ma erano ben preparati e presentati.

Cons:

Al contrario dell'Osen, che è stato spiegato dal personale della reception, le altre attività sono state omesse, solo su richiesta si è capito cosa offrivano,
Mentre le offerte di cibo sono presenti ovunque.
Parziale difficoltà da parte del personale a capire l'inglese; ma questo è stato riscontrato anche in altre strutture.

The onsen is not included be aware.
I did like it tho!
The room is spacious. The room is not finished well, lots of errors and details that are tacky. Bathroom is amazing tho. The bed is comfy.

Cons:

Actually a lot of things which I do not allow for a hotel this expensive.
We get a price offer for the onsen. There were to facilities broken but they charged full price and did not mention in advance. After I complained I got offered compensation. This must be offered in advance or mentioned in advanced.
Second there is a lot, and i mean a lot of noise from something outside the domain, sort of attraction park. Horrible music. I call and ask what it is they say it is only in weekend and until 10 pm. I called on a monday so there is that for the weekend. They guaranteed it would not be there the day after. It was. Dont lie to me about stuff like that. Just be honest about it.
The domain is a bit far and the shuttle does not drive everyday. Thats just bad service.
The aircondition did not work. That is also quite the red flag in this kind of price category.
Overall it is heavily overpriced for what it is. I am not saying it is completely bad, not at all. Just heavily burdened with little flaws that should not be there in this price category.

Le site qui est très beau.

Cons:

Les règles qui s'imposent dans les bains onsen n'étaient pas respectés au point que nous avons renoncé au second onsen. Des gens avec des enfants parlaient forts, se baignaient avec leurs serviettes et le personnel était incapable de gérer le lieu. C'était plus près d'une piscine municipale que d'un bain onsen. Le problème c'est que l'hôtel met en valeur son onsen et que c'est pour ça que nous y avons passé 2 nuits. Il y a comme une sorte de publicité mensongère.

Gorgeous, peaceful onsen resort with a fantastic villa and great service — but vegan food options need improvement.
Pros:

Beautiful, peaceful resort and a great place to unwind. The onsen facilities feel genuinely luxurious and were the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. We stayed in a 3-bedroom Grand Villa with a private onsen and it was fantastic — the villa is huge, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are massive and very comfortable.
I also appreciated the service recovery: once I mentioned to the wait staff that there were limited vegan options, the F&B manager came to speak with me and from then on they allowed me to order several vegan dishes at breakfast each day.

Cons:

The standard breakfast buffet had very limited vegan options (mostly fruit and bread), and many items contained meat, dairy or eggs — including dishes that could easily be made vegan with small changes (e.g. fried rice with egg, sticky rice with meat toppings, vegetables cooked with butter). While the team accommodated me after I raised it, it would be much better if vegan options were available by default (and ingredients clearly labelled), especially for an international resort.

A relaxing start to Vietnam!
Pros:

The staff were good. It had nice landscaping and lovely koi fish pond as well!
I had a hot stone massage and San was wonderful. She cared to check in to make sure I was comfortable.

Cons:

The men’s Onsen had both the steam room and jacuzzi tub not working and even if paying for Onsen separately, no discount was made.
