The best 5 star resort in Hue!!!
Pros:

Loved everything about this resort! Staff were amazing and very kind and go above and beyond for you. The all inclusive menu had good variety and quality was good. Amazing onsen (beter than some in Japan). Had one of the best massages here!Loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Will write an extensive review on Google.

Wish I could stay longer (staying 3 night was clearly not enough)

お湯の質が最高
Pros:

温泉の湯の質は日本でもなかなか無いくらいの高いクオリティで、館内も清潔。スタッフも最高でした。

Cons:

唯一の問題点は部屋にある冷蔵庫が全く冷えないタイプで、せっかく気持ちよく温泉から上がってもキンキンに冷えたビールを部屋で飲めない点です。

Pros:

The resort is everything we expected and more!
The staff were exellent. From the front desk, bellboy, houskeeping, restaurant, all were extreamly nice and caring.
We dined at the Sasa restaurant for dinner and it was outstanding.
The Onsen is a unique relaxing experience. Dont miss it.

Pros:

Tôi đặc biệt thích phần tắm khoáng nóng ở resort này, đúng chuẩn tắm Onsen của Nhật. Resort không nằm gần danh lam thắng cảnh nhưng ở giữa một khung cảnh đồng quê yên bình rất đặc trưng của Việt Nam. Phòng rộng, sạch, nhân viên rất tận tình. Khu vực ngồi ăn sáng giữa hồ cá Koi rất đẹp. Một nơi tôi có thể quay lại nghỉ dưỡng dài ngày.

Cons:

Người Việt Nam chưa có văn hoá tắm Onsen nên rất ồn ào và không tôn trọng không gian thiền của phòng tắm. Nhân viên nên có sự nhắc nhở những khách làm ồn để không ảnh hưởng đến khách khác. Tôi nghĩ gậy chơi Billard nên được thay mới, chúng đã hỏng gần hết rồi.
