A relaxing start to Vietnam!
Pros:

The staff were good. It had nice landscaping and lovely koi fish pond as well!
I had a hot stone massage and San was wonderful. She cared to check in to make sure I was comfortable.

Cons:

The men’s Onsen had both the steam room and jacuzzi tub not working and even if paying for Onsen separately, no discount was made.

Good location, well designed hotel, kind staff
Pros:

Very willing, kind, friendly staff. Breakfasts fantastic. You could choose from various kinds of cuisine and vietnamesse one as well. Well designed hotel exteriors with koji fish (japanesse style). Gym was clean and large close to the pool. But extra extra benefit and main differentiator is onsen spa (mornings and evenings were not so crowdy- so you really have relaxation time there). Good location close to the city and citadela.

Hôtel essentiellement axé sur les bains chauds japonais Onsen
Pros:

Belle structure hôtelière récente (2 ans) à la hauteur d’un Melià, entourée de rizières. Mais…

Cons:

Établissement fréquenté principalement par des locaux, donc extrêmement bruyant. Il faut éviter absolument d’y séjourner les week-ends et en période du têt forcément.
Le service de navettes ne fonctionne que 3 fois par semaine. Sinon, prévoir un budget pour le Grab.

Wonderful
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Got free access to Onsen, which was an incredible experience. A must to try when going to Onsen. The room is well-furnished and decorated. The resort is spacious with a big koi pool and many spots scattering the area to rest and enjoy the view

Cons:

Would be nice if the view of balcony is not blocked by the glass
