Solicite una habitación triple y solo hay una cama doble. Tuvimos que pagar un suplemento para que nos cambiaran de habitación con 2 camas.Reclame a booking y lo he gestionado después con ellos ya que el hotel no se hacia responsable.

Really great place to stay in Osaka that is super central and quiet- would definitely stay there again

Pros:

Amazing location right in the heart of Dontonburi, so easy to get to places, short walk to the trains and konbini's very close. Delicious ramen restaurant just outside the building. Nice variety of food for the buffet breakfast. Rooms were clean and had good amenities.

Cons:

The room is very small, maybe that's normal for Japan but was the smallest we stayed in. Luckily they had space under the bed for us to put our cases otherwise we would have struggled. We decided that the location made up for the small room as we didn't spend much time in the room and despite the size was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Excellent location, can walk to shopping streets and kurumon market.
Breakfast choice was excellent and staff very attentive and food was replenished quickly. Good coffee.

Cons:

Size of room is bit small especially room with double bed. We requested for twin beds for the 2nd part of our stay and was more comfortable as room was bigger
