Nice location and comfy stay
Pros:

They have takoyaki making session every Saturday. And the staff was encouraging even though she helped us most of the time.

Also the hotel provided free flow beer from 2pm-7pm

Cons:

Room size but I guess Osaka housing are like that due to limited land.

Situación inmejorable, aunque algo caro para la calidad
Pros:

El alojamiento inmejorable. La habitación era completa y de un tamaño razonable para las habitaciones que hemos tenido en nuestra estancia en Japón.
En el mismo Dotonburi y junto a Namba.

Cons:

El baño era excesivamente pequeño, bañera con cortina (algo que para mi gusto es bastante antihigiénico). Aunque cambiaban las toallas toda los días, la limpieza de la habitación era una vez por semana, algo para mi opinión escaso.
El precio era elevado para la calidad del hotel, aunque entiendo que aquí se paga más caro por la buena ubicación.

整體cp值高，住宿期間非常滿意，值得再訪
Pros:

1.房內空間大，可攤平至少3個29吋行李箱
2.1樓置物櫃可寄放行李，非常方便
3.有洗衣機、茶水間、微波爐、販賣機等，很方便
4.飯店位置很棒

Booking was 3 people in one room requiring beds for 3. Room had only a double and no capacity for an extra bed or fold out. The staff only offered a full cost additional room as a solution for 41,000 yen. Very unhelpful and appeared to be a deliberate ploy to extract more money. After we refused to budge and 3 hours later, we agreed to pay 3,000 yen for the extra room. However it ruined our day and experience of Osaka. Also shower drain clogged with hair that we had to pull out.

La posizione è eccezionale, sono tutti disponibili e molto cortesi, noi avevamo la stanza al 12 esimo piano con vista sulla ruota panoramica.
Nessun rumore, nessun disturbo. Dalle 14.00 alle 19.00 c'era il freebar alcolico e dalle 19.00 alle 23.00 c'era il free bar non alcolico. Consigliatissimo

Great hotel with the perfect location
Pros:

We loved the elegant simplicity and comfort of the hotel. Also, the easiness of checking in plus the location just nearby the metro/train station makes it awesome. And last but not least it is just at the famous Dotonbori but in the same time you can't really hear the noise of the big city.
